I walked into this store yesterday to check out a couple phone because I am due for an upgrade. After what I seen through the window, I should have walked away. As soon I walked in the door, there was 1 maybe 2 employees ( not sure if one guy was working or if he was just a friend) sitting their watching tv. The couch was on one side of the door and the tv on the other so there was no way to not walk through them. I walked in and the guy seemed friendly so I told him what I was looking for (IPhone 4S). He tried pushing other phones and went as far as telling me that the Verizon 3G network is only going to be available for another year so the phone will be useless after that. I just ignored him and continued to look but he continue to push the 4G phones and gave different reasons why I needed them. I left and decided I will never go back. They straight up lied to me to try to sell me what they wanted. If you google the 3G network, it is available until 2021... Do not go there if you want the truth. I will not be back

I was looking for a new phone and phone carrier and stopped into my local Verizon dealer close to home. Jason is fantastic! He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helped me to find the plan that worked best for me. I was acknowledged as soon as I walked in the door and there was a very minimal wait to be helped. I have told all my friends and family about the wonderful service I received there. Im very pleased with how easy it was to switch carriers and get my new phone. I will only go to this store for service!

I normally dont post reviews because I feel half the time people just like to complain. However, the guys here at the store provided me some of the best customer service ever. Dave, Jeff and TOM all went out of their way to help my wife and I on a difficult situation. We left Verizon for another carrier and in less than 48 hours came back because the other side of the grass was not greener. These guys stayed open and didnt leave until everything was resolved. Theyve earned my business and the trust of my family!! Hoooah!

My phone caught on fire while charging and I must admit I had no clue of what to do, other than be angry. As a result I came into their store angry! Yet they handled me with compassion, MUCH compassion (I was an irate case unfortunately). The entire store helped me, especially the Store Mgr. They went ABOVE and BEYOND. I saved hundreds of dollars, and left COMPLETELY satisfied. Id refer anybody and everybody to them! Trust me, theyll do what they can to take care of you!

Highly recommend!! Jason provided outstanding customer service. He is extremely knowledgeable and provided us the needed education to make an informed decision. His positive attitude and sense of humor made a lengthy transaction comfortable and enjoyable. Even though we did not deal with them, I could tell that the other staff in the store that day were going out of their way to help others and also presented themselves professionally, but were still approachable.

I walked into the store.. frustrated because I could not get my tablet paired to the zagg key board... the store manger and his staff was right on it.. they not only helped me, they were patient with me...they could see how stressed I was, they took the time to calm me down and then explained to me what I needed to do in case the keyboard lost connection... Thank you Robert... Now I know where to go when I need help!

Dont have to wait long for service. Staff was very polite and the store was clean. Would definetly recommend a friend or relative shop here for their needs. The sales rep Jeffrey was very helpful and had a pretty wicked beard. The manager Tom was great with all of my tech questions and even offered to take some time aside to help teach me my new Apple phone. My kids even loved the place. Great experience.

I came to store on 11/26/2011 this people had and employee from tarpon springs, well i told him i was gonna upgrade my phones in DEC but i needed another wireless card cause i lost mine, well he used our upgrade and screwed us over cause now i cant upgrade my phone. I guess i needed this to learn a lesson, dont trust Verizon..

Go elsewhere!!! They over promise and under deliver. Try to over charge but since I had my IPad I was able to look up the correct prices on the Verizon WebSite. They cant get phones any faster than going directly to the Verizon online store. Save the gas and hassle dealing with these clowns and go directly online.

This is a great place to get phones and get any information regarding Verizon plans. Jason the store manager is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly. I highly recommend anyone looking to join verizon or already with Verizon and wanting a new phone for a great deal to come here; you will not leave disappointed.

He explained everything thoroughly and I was very pleased with his service.Also I switched from t-mobile to version 2 years ago and what a difference,like going from a volkswagon to a cadillac.The pricing and the coverage area for verizon is worlds ahead of t-mobile.

Not even going to give them half a star. Tried to charge me 100.00 more than Verizon wireless web site. Had no time to answer my questions. Will not go into this store again. JERKS !!!
