The printing and supplies crew are very sweet people. You have to go into the store if yoy need this department since they only have one or maybe two people working and its nearly impossible for them to get to the phone. So if you need something you are better off going into the store and they will get it done. dont bother calling because you willl he on hold on 45 minutes. also, when it comes to online forget it. staples online is a disaster and commercial customers cant even check out after they have spent the time to order something online which is crazy. commercial customers cannot use their staples commercial credit card to order make an order. Ask for Jessica in the shipping , printing and receiving department.

The prices there were way too high compared to other places. They usually dont have what I need in stores and always tell you that you can order it online, but you can find it cheaper on amazon and have it ship faster. Not to mention when I did order online, they lost my order and I had to wait another week.

Ive been here a couple times, mostly at the copy&print center, and havent had any major issues. Only thing is it looks like only three people max are on shift at one time, so if theres an issue when Im trying to find something, its difficult to locate any staff. Ill pin that on management, however.

I had placed an order with the copy and print online and went in the store to pick it up. I was extremely unhappy with the quality. Though it was 100% my fault, the manager worked with me professionally about getting a replacement. I will always do business here. Thanks again!

The BEST Staples in the Tampa area. Always willing to work with me where other stores are NOT helpful. Evan (the computer guy) has a wealth of information and intelligently answers my questions. Other employees are equally knowledgeable and friendly

I will not take my computer there again. Short version --We took it in 2 times and on the 3rd time of the computer doing the same thing I did not take it back.
