Horrible experience. If I could give it 0 stars I would. Had a full cart of items and when I asked the guy if I could put it on hold for a couple hours he made it clear that he was annoyed that I "interrupted" his personal conversation between him and a coworker. He finally took the cart and wheeled it to wherever they keep items put on hold but prior to that I asked if I could pick it up at any time and he said "yes." 2 hours went by and when I had gone to pick up the cart there was an older woman at the pick up center who was very rude. I walked up right in front of her and she knew I was standing there because she looked up for a second not realizing I saw but decided to ignore me anyways until I said something. I then politely asked her for my cart and she said "are you picking up items" I said yes and she said nope cant do that until 7 a.m. so I said "no, actually the man who put my cart over here 2 hours ago said that I could pick it up at any time, I just had items put on hold for a couple of hours." She rolled her eyes and told me to find a manager instead of helping me find the manager herself or showing any interest in helping me at all. When I finally tracked down the manager I explained to her my situation and she said "okay?" And I said well why did they put the items back and why did your employee tell me otherwise? She said "im sorry" and walked away. I went up to her again and told her how rude all of the employees have been and when I kept walking I turned around and saw her laughing with another employee (so I know she definitely didnt say anything to the rude woman I talked to). Dont get me wrong I hate to be that person that complained and Ive never before had a complaint about any place. As a customer service employee myself I understand how harsh people can be and that has always made me approach people in a polite way but wow these people did not care about helping anyone or doing their jobs whatsoever.

To: the manager, Ivette Miranda and CEOS of Walmart: Address: 14941 N. Dale Mabry Hway. Tampa Fl. 33618 I went yesterday 03/06/13 around 6:00 p.m. with my son and everything was a mess! The worst part was when the cashier (Enelci) received us with a bad attitude; then she marked an item twice and her solution was that I had to go to customer service where there was more than 10 people waiting; I asked her why she couldnt solve that in her place, and she just said she dint have to and scorted us to customer service. While we were walking behind her I almost fell (the floor was wet, without any sign); I tried hard to avoid an accident; she just look back and kept walking. I told her as well as the ladies at customer service and they didnt care. When they were going to solve the cashiers mistake, they said i had to make the line I got mad and only at that moment the helped me and the cashier just went back to her place without saying a word. It was her fault, bad attitude and no professionalism in her duties. She treated me like garbage. Im a customer not asking for free things. Walmart managers should check their employees and how clean this place should be. What if i took advantage of my accident a sue the store? but Im an honest person and expect the same from others. Be honest, clean and have good customer service. Learn from other Walmart stores like the one in Bruce B. Downs!!! I like to buy in Walmart, but with this kind of customer service you are dropping customer to other places. This one in Northdale is the worst place ever. p/d. Cashier Enelci . Terminal service E. One of the worst Walmarts in history. Ive been coming here since 1997, and I cant believe how agitated I get every time I walk into this store. Every time I come in its something. Today especially. Im trying out a bike to see if I want it, made a loop in the bicycle lane and not even a second later I get in trouble after I said Im trying it out to see if Im buying. Once again the lady said no so I put it back. HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO BUY SOMETHING I CANT EVEN TRY OUT BEFOREHAND! Im not a child but I was treated like a 7 year old playing around in the kids section. Terrible!!! Customer service here sucks and they dont look happy to be working here. Every day is a bad day it looks like to them. This is literally the closest Walmart by me since I was born. Ive gone to the one in south Tampa and the one in North Tampa and they were 10x better. I cant wait to move out of west Tampa so I dont have to shop here ever again. Theyre always out of stock. They seriously need training a good customer service. Not a day that goes by without the frustration of "do I really have to go to Walmart". This store makes all your commercials seem like a complete lie. I get so frustrated by typing this but I havent met one person that loves coming to this Walmart. Screw this Wally World!!!

I ordered an 2 items (swing and infant car seat) online and there was my first mistake. The Online store didnt even ask me what store I preferred to have my items shipped to and to my surprise I have a Walmart half a mile down my street and instead they ship it to this one 30 minutes away. I call to ask if they can have it shipped to my store closer to me since Im due to have my child in a week and driving isnt very fun for me in crazy traffic. First off took them over 30 minutes to get me to a manager just for them to say there isnt anything they can do but cancel my order and I would have to do it all over again when its already took 2 weeks and im due in 1. They didnt even try to help but just gave excuses that thats a problem that Walmart online is having by not shipping to someones correct store! Didnt offer any help but only excuses. Solution give some for a discount for me to have to drive an hour out of my way for a problem their company made. Will never do this again. Worst customer service and manager service I have dealt with in a very long time!

Devin the roving Real Estate agent here! Im constantly on the go - to and from home showings, closings, and meeting new people I get to help, and everywhere else. I frequently have to stop at once place or another, and from time to time Walmart is definitely one of those places. What I like most about this particular store is the location. Its right across from Whole Foods, has a nearby Best Buy, Staples, and restaurants, but more importantly (to me at least) is a less-traveled back entrance/exit from the much-less-busy Himes Avenue. Theres also an on-ramp to 275 back there off Himes, which makes this a really convenient last stop for a few supplies or groceries when youre heading to another area in Tampa or out to Pinellas county. Other than that, its close to Wawa (also accessible from Himes if you know where to turn - Carmen toward Dale Mabry) which is my station of choice for gas and coffee. Besides location, this Walmart tends to be cleaner, and the employees nicer, than other stores - but can vary.
