Went to this store while visiting the area needed to pick up a few items. Decided to allow my children to look threw the toy department just killing time as they had been locked in the house for a while. My son was standing beside me trying to show me an item he was interested in when a store associate took it upon herself to walk up to him and say you need to put that back unless you are buying it. REALLY? I am his parents and more than capable of telling him what to do. She didnt know he wasnt gonna get it nor was it any of her business. He wasnt screaming or running or acting up just showing me a toy! Therefore she should have been doing her job and stocking the bare shelves instead of trying to handle my business. Therefore she will now be putting back my groceries that I refused to buy because your staff cant do their job and leave paying customers to their shopping!

The direct tv people set up in front of the electronics are sooo annoying. If you say no thank you,they still hassle you with a million questions as you walk by. I actively avoid that area when I can. I was waiting for help and nobody came, and when I asked a manager why no employee came after being called on the loudspeaker, she told me to call the 1800 number to walmart to complain. Like how is that gonna help me at the moment?? The only nice thing about this walmart is it isnt too crowded and the self check outs are nice. However, the staff at the Easley location are a lot nicer and way more helpful

Do not visit this Wal-Mart unless you want to be stopped and accused of shop lifting. I was stopped the other night and asked by a CSM to look at my receipt. She checked every item on my receipt to make sure that was all I had purchased. Then, when I went to get my money back, because I didnt like being made out as a thief, the 98(store secret shoppers) threatened to throw me out of the store! The manager on duty at the time, sat at the customer service desk and laughed! I have contacted the corporate office about this! I will go to Bilo before ever going back here!

Id give this walmart 0 stars if i could went in today to buy my 4 month old son a jumperoo get home ready to put it together when I noticed the toys on this item looked dirty. On further inspection I noticed that the cushion that the child sits in was very dirty. Ive wasted my time and money on this all do to walmart not inspecting this return very dissatisfied with the way that they didnt pay more attention and let someone return this item this way. Will never spend another done in this walmart.

I went in around 6:30 and grabbed a copy of "The Force Awakens" and thought Id run over to the deli and grab some dinner. I initially wanted the 8 piece fried chicken, but they had run out. I wasnt disappointed however, seeing as how it was almost Mothers Day. Deborah was very apologetic and very kind and informed me of the other items on the menu. I ended up leaving with boneless wings, wedge fries and a smile. It was the best Walmart experience Ive ever had.

Convenient helpful employees my mom and dad both needed a electric cart but only one was available so my mom walked using the cart as a walker one of the employees from that was stocking cold foods went and found a cart in the parking lot and brought it to my mom and helped her put her grocery in the cart as well .When she told me I almost cried .Thank you very much for going above and beyond your job requirements. Your kindness is very much appreciated.

This is a terrible Wal-mart. Every time I go there they either are out of stock for the item that Im looking for or they just dont stock that item at all. I was told that they reason they have such a slim selection is because they arent considered a main store and that they are some type of subsidiary or satellite location for the Easley store. The cake ladies in the bakery are awesome though. They can make almost any kind of cake.

Dont go to this store.we went there tonight and we got treated like we were criminals they just need to close this store down the one in easley is way better. I asked someone for help tonight they said they didnt have time she was to busy flirting and told me to go to another Walmart they would have it everytime we go in there we get treated like crap

Horrible customer service. They walk by you never say hello. Never make eye contact. Cashiers never say hello how are you. Didnt even tell me the total of my order I had to look for it on the screen Ill never ever be back. Plus. The cant keep merch on the shelves. They suck.

A bit dingy, but the prices are what you expect. Quality of the clothing is slave labor at its best, which is to say poor. Other than that everything else is OK considering 90% of what you buy is from China anyway, might as well get it at a good price.

Started out good but keeps getting worse. Always out of stuff and no cashiers. They need to fire current management and get some people in who know how to order and get rid of the crappy pos ordering system as well. 25 registers and only 2 cashiers

One of the worst Wal-Mart in Greenville area. Usually crowded with too few check outs. Associates are 50% rude with little product knowledge. Parking crowded.... Police presence is known. Lots of shoplifting activity. High crime area.

I love the convenience of this store but they rarely have fully stocked shelves. Ive been when they had no ginger ale at all, I went for power steering fluid and an entire shelf was empty. I do like the self checkout though.

Seems to be getting worse at this location. Always have to wait in line at registers and are often out of many items. Employee response is always the same, we dont have any in the back, all we have is on the shelf.

I went into the store and I will say not only was every employee clueless about there products, but I believe they pride themselves on that. I have 400 dollars worth of products I cant use!

Expect 1 or 2 cashiers to be open... This is rediculas. Other than that the same old Walmart. Sporting goods section is perfect though and very helpful ALL the time when the two men working.

I dont get here too often but I have some business to do in Powdersville on occasion and will sometimes stop here. Its a clean, well-stocked store. The prices are of course low, its Walmart.

Horrible service. The managers walk by and wont even assist. I waited on an associate in the paint department and no one ever came. Two managers walked by and never stopped to ask to help.
