This Walmart is okay. The staff is usually very friendly and willing to help. The customers are all so rude and look miserable!! Im surprised with how many people are always here shopping. Sometimes the produce is lacking.. seems like its always bottom of the barrel. Too few fruits/Vegetables that are ripe or appear good quality. Most produce looks over ripened and is sometimes moldy. Good thing about Florida is, I just go buy my fresh produce at fruit stands or farmers market. Prices here beat Publix/Winn Dixie. Not somewhere you can get in and out of quickly. Very busy parking lot near restaurants, banks/credit unions, and Lowes. McDonalds is located right inside the door. Does no one put their cart in the cart return? Navigate the parking lot carefully. Carts blow around like crazy.

Today I visited this Walmart in Inverness with my daughter . My daughter was sending money Walmart to Walmart. This lady in customer service was very unrespectful. She even made racist comments to my daughter. I want to clarify to this lady,we are here from Puerto Rico investing our money in this country, we work and pay taxes. We are also American citizens for this ladys information. She should start reading history and some politeness book, so next time she knows how to treat people.

This is my local Walmart which has recently gone up in my estimation of a great store. I happened to notice a box near the front providing a way to dispose of American flags so that they are treated with dignity. I really like that. Also, in the store is a McDonalds that does not serve breakfast all day. They have it on the menu, along with ice cream, which they also do not sell. I asked the manager about this and he said its a corporate sign and cannot be changed.

An average size Walmart. It has been remodeled more times than I can remember. The customer service desk closes at around 10. They stop all returns at that time too. The stores in other counties perform returns all night. Also at night you will only find self check out open. This isnt bad except for when you need to pay using a check. Other than that nothing to mention that is really special. No liquor store either.

I purchased a samsung phone and tablet with the 2 year extended warranties. Both items needed to be replaced and the warranty only covers the amount that I purchased the items for. It does not replace the items at full cost so I cant get either item replaced! The full replacement warranty is a joke if you buy your items on sale or black friday like I did! Dont waste your money on the full replacement warranty!

Love this place, very helpful workers and if they dont have your item , the will order it for you to be placed back on shelves. And they go out of their way to make sure you have exactly what you want, of course I will always want prices lower lol. Like I said very friendly 24 hours a day, we havent come acrossed anyone rude!!! And we show up any time day or middle of night.Thank you all at The Dunnellon Store

I called to find a movie the website says is in stock in my store I call the electronics center doesnt answer 4 times each time redirecting me to this elderly customer service lady who YELLS AT ME for being retransfered after they didnt answer! After which I finally get through and the young man doesnt even look I hear him the entire time in the background talking and then tells me it isnt there !!

Ive visited this location three times in three weeks and theyve been out of stock on rechargeable AAA batteries. Associates are friendly. However, assistant managers are useless when people bring in their pets and try to pass them off as service animals. Complaints go unheard to avoid lawsuits over the matter. Unfortunately, there arent a lot of options in the Inverness area so Walmart it is!

My wife had a idolatrous appointment with the eye vision care located at this facility. She had scheduled for about a week or two now. She received not one but two different phone calls confirming her appointment for 1030 today she arrives today and they told her its at 9:30 and then refuse to see her she needed a prescription filled so that she can see you again this is outrageous

But sad that all registers where closed and the self service registers are the only ones open. That means those are jobs that no longer are available and the personal attention is not there. While I also understand that it helps keep prices down at the expense of customer service. Bathrooms are very clean in this location and shopping carts are always picked up.

One thing I will not buy is any of there meat. Does not taste right. Had bad smell. Does not matter what kind its garbage. As for others stuff it ok. But they need to hire cashiers that and move faster. They are so dam slow. 45 mins too shop and 1hour 2 hours to get out is a joke. Then all my food is wet. Sorry paid a little more went to Publix for my meat stuff.

This is a pretty good location all around from the auto section, outdoors section, electronics, pets, groceries and clothing. Store is pretty clean and staff has always been willing to help you. The firearms section usually has a good supply of ammo and today i found a score of .22LR CCI stingers and CCI .22LR mini mag also.

Rudest customer service ever. I asked a associate where the sound bars were and she said " somewhere over there " and walked away... Like you work here its your job to help customers and your gonna be a *****... I hate Walmart every employee is rude and act like your bothering them if you ask them a question

This is by far one of the biggest and best Walmarts in the area! Larger selection than the other Walmart stores in the area. Always well stocked and clean. General merchandice, automotive, hair care, optical center, money center, lawn and garden...this Walmart has it all covered!
