When I need to shop Belk, must go to The Villages, the Ocala store has no service whatsoever and poor selection of merchandise. Linda does well as a manager, but the problems persist and the male manager I have talked to about the problems seems to have gone elsewhere now. Even the cosmetic department, has no salespeople to help you. I have never witnessed more patient customers waiting for someone in cosmetics to come back. Wake up!! there are other stores to shop here are you just trying to go out of business in Ocala??? Seems so to me.
