Ive always had great experiences at Nordstrom Rack. I recently purchased a purse there. About 3 weeks after I purchased the purse a strap broke. I took to purse back to see what could be done. I really didnt want my money back, as I had grown to love the purse. The same purse was not available in the store, nor at any other store. They showed my purse to the woman that does alterations at the store and she agreed to fix it for free. I just had to leave it and pick it up the next day. The quality of the repair is very professional too. Cant even tell actually. Also, while shopping I found a shirt on clearance for a penny. Seriously, $0.01. Nothing wrong or irregular about the shirt either. However, I was told that was a very rare exception. Overall, it was a great experience. Lisa was the person that assisted me and went out of her way to make sure I was satisfied. Even though it was the week before Christmas and the store was very busy, she didnt rush to get rid of me. Every time I am there I always find their customer service to be great and am impressed that they are also concerned about retaining customers.

Today I attempted to make a purchase at Nordstrom Rack using my debit card. I was asked to show my ID. I informed the cashier that ID was not necessary when making a debit card purchase, as your PIN # acts as a signature. They would not allow me to make the purchase. The Manager on Duty (Melissa) was called to the front & informed me that if I did not show ID I wouldnt be able to purchase the items. I left the store after being interrogated in front of other customers & made to feel like a criminal. I had been shopping with 2 children for over an hour. This store is a complete waste of time. I have filed a formal complaint with their Ethics department and will follow up on the complaint.

Nordstrom has great clothing, but they are usually at high prices so the Rack is a great additional for any town. This store is actually less than a mile from the International Mall main store so it is convenient to check both when you are looking for specific products. Only problem with this store is its location at Walters Crossing on the weekends. Getting in and out of the Crossing with a busy Home Depot, Target, a liquor discounter, and a food store with Best Buy and Walmart across the street is a major problem, particularly with construction a hundred yards away on I-275 exits.

Disaster!!! Spent more than 2 hours to find and terrible cashier couldnt even ring them correctly! Horrible customer service! 3 times and annaya the cashier couldnt even do her job correctly! Manager is the same! Left store without buying anything! Waste of time! They sell designer clothes but having terrible cashiers!

Worst shopping experience of my 51 year old life. The young black boy in shoe department didnt help me at all. He was just about changing out the men a do no work. If this what customer service is coming to. Im gonna shop online and email district manager ASAP.

I found a pair of shoes that looked a little rough so I asked if anything could be done and they look them to the back and cleaned them and then put them in a nice bag for me and they look fantastic afterwards. Great customer service.

Really great customer representatives at this store... When the airline failed to deliver my suitcase with my tuxedo in it, this team jumped to action and helped me find a clothes and shoes within an hour. Great place!!
