Jcpenny Cleary doesnt care about their customer service or product quality. Customers will call and always get a 40 min hold, or get disconnected multiple times. I was finally answered after 1.5 hours. Gee, thanks. The delivery was over 2 hours later than the window of delivery time(4 hours!) with no notice. Oh and to top it all off, the washer I purchased was unusable and damaged. So I never even got the item I had ordered. Dont order from JCPenny, they do not care.

We came in this store to pick up an order my mother n law had placed online we waited at least 25 minutes for an associate to wait on us she waited on several other customers that was behind do us in line at a different check out after she was asked to assist us when she finally came over she was rude and argumentative acted like we were an inconvenience needless to say we are done with jc penny if this is their type of customer service rude and unpleasant.

I tried to apply here. I asked for an application but as soon as I left the assistants immediately began making fun of me and how I was dressed. I guess they just dont want customers here then. Great "customer service" though, making fun of customers. If you dont want us here you can just say so.
