Management: Good Managers. Some friendly enough and respectful. Employees speak well of management staff. Employees: Most fairly happy & quite secure there. The regulars work fiercely! Turnover rate can be bit lowered if people gave it a chance though. Products: Well-stocked and Moderately Clean. Not much dust/dustmites on shelves. Floors upkept nightly. Stocking periods are only time when store airspace feels more dusty & buggy. So management could decide to run or install air exchangers to deplete that. Vast selection of products at great prices! OVERALL: Considered the best of two locations in Kingsport TENN by many locals & out-of-state visitors and visiting non-locals.

Came in for an oil change and got my truck back with a broken piece of trim inside on the passenger side. The tire and lube manager "Devon" denied liability and refused to even apologize for the damages or have a technician try to put the thing back together. He claimed he didnt see it happen on the video so they werent responsible and said I could take him to court if I didnt like it and he would bring the video. Devon was rude and unbelievably uncooperative over a $40 oil change. I will never let them work on my vehicles again, he should be fired or demoted and replaced by someone who actually cares about the quality of service they provide.

Friend of mine got hurt at Walmart she fail in front of the bathrooms and cut her temple of her head with her eyeglasses. All Walmart ever did for her is just put a little Band-Aid on her and sent on her way with blood is coming out of the Band-Aid down on her face. All Walmart managers care is to cover their butts so they can get sued or anything. They did not care about her situation and didnt even bother to call ambulance because it was pretty bad. we had to go to the hospital ourselves to make sure that shes OK no thanks for Walmart. when your at Walmart be careful dont get hurt because Walmart dont care.

I go here all the time. This has to be my favorite Walmart across the country so far. Its Walmart what can I say, but its nice, clean, and friendly people. I cant say this about a lot of the other Walmarts Ive been in. I can pickup some deodorant, fishing gear, Xbox Game, pair shoes, gallon of milk, while they rotate my tires on the truck. Its easy to get in and out of at this location. This is a Southern Walmart so expect to find things in it you wont find up North. Its just a Walmart if youre expecting an REI or Saks Fifth Avenue you came to the wrong place !

I am always at this store for some reason ate another friendly people works hear it is the shoppers that is the problem but I guess that is everywhere . But kid you not the people comes into the Walmart and has no respect for others they treat you like you are in their way I dont know what their hurry is but I usually find half of them in and accident on my way home so them pushing me around didnt do them any good they didnt get home before the hubby got home he had to get the stuff out of the cat that they was trying to hurry home with to hide lol

I only have one thing to say for this Walmart. HORRIBLE. I plan on calling the humane society on this place. The fish tanks look like they have not been cleaned in months and dead fish are everywhere. In every SINGLE TANK They live in horrible conditions. Gross black crap all over the tank, no food, dead fish in the sink. IN THE SINK PEOPLE. Ick on almost every single fish. Best part is that I have pictures and do plan on making this public until something is done. YOU DESERVE TO BE SHUT DOWN.

Absolutely the worst Vision experience that I have every had. I do not recommend the Vision Center ti anyone, The opticians are rude and do not know what they are doing, I had progressives that have never been corrected and after one remake was told that was all they could do. That I just needed to get use to it. My son had a pair on single vision and they broke and they refused to send the information needed to make an emergency pair to another Company. Do not go there!

Horrible! Ive had several eye exams in the past few years, and this was the worst. I had lasik 2 years ago and have had the best vision of my life. While there they would not listen to what I had to say, and were pushing for glasses. I tried to explain that their projector had a bad light. The contrast was so poor that it was similar to dusk lighting on the chart. The letters and the background had little contrast. Do not go here, they will scam you!

Tire center. Had a blow out today and I could only afford to buy two new tires. We had to Jack our car up and take the rims and tires off ourselves because they said they couldnt because the two back tires were a different size. Ridiculous that a family of four should have to stand out in 90 degree weather and change two tires and pay Walmart over $150 for two cheap tires... So disappointed with their service center.

Yea Walmart has everything, but Im not to happy about the 30 ilse they have with normally 4 out of 30 open. They want you to be the cashier and bagboy now with the " self checkout ilse". My opinion is theyd rather have you or I do it then to hire someone to do it yet theyre a multibillion dollar corporation. Think they should open more ilse and hire some locals who are badly in need of jobs. Just my thoughts.

Grumpy employees one named karen, one in electronic dept...both white ppl. I also do not like having my service dog not with me. He is for anxiety I could not hold him near me due to making him walk on lease. Im afraid he will mess on floor. People on store kept wanting to pet him..I am nervous reck when I got to my car.. The employees were not over dog, they were just grouchy.

Well I guess everyone knows Walmart is great for having almost everything you need under one roof if kiddos are hungry check out the deli if you just havent got the time to cook and you have a lot on your to do list!! They really have thought of almost everything haircut, clothes, shoes, movies and so much more love this for the multi tasking mom!!

Had not trouble returning my item..got cash on gift card for a lesser and different amount of the original price even though no sales posted..there should be more cashiers 1 on every register in the middle of the day or rush hour. Customer service were not very fast it took a while there longer than the whole rest of this visit.

If youre to lazy or incompetent to put prices on your goods, you cant sell them. I came in to supply up for fishing but half of everything I wanted wasnt priced. Im not going to waste my time chasing one of your idiots down to price everything for me so I left and did my purchases elsewhere!

They have a little bit of everything but its your typical Walmart. Located in Kingsport its a little trashier than most stores, and the lines and registers are always backed up. Other than that, Im happy to have a local super center that usually has just about anything I need.
