This particular Wal-Mart seems to be better stocked than most. They are rarely out of an item. However I have had an issue with finding items. After looking for 15 minutes I asked an employee who didnt know and walked away without offering any more help so I found another employee who didnt know either. He told me to wait in line at customer service where I would be helped so I could just find out if the store even carried the item. I waited in line for 15 minutes, got to the counter, and the two ladies said they didnt know. They told me to look online....even though I was already at the store. So I stood beside customer service on my cell phone and found a similar item online without any help. Once I got to the isle the item was supposed to be in, I still couldnt locate it. I complained to the first employee I had talked to 30 minutes prior and he called his manager. After 5 minutes of standing in the isle the manager appeared and didnt at all care that I was annoyed at this point. She quickly located the item, but when I tried complaining to her that it took me nearly 50 minutes to find one item after talking to 5 employees, she didnt listen and changed the subject leaving my complaint unheard. In all VERY poor customer service. It was a waste of my time since the item wasnt even the one I was looking for and it took my entire lunch break to find.

I dont know, its Walmart. Ive never really been into a Walmart that was too different from the others. Theres rarely enough cashiers, so I spend time on my phone in my line. That is expected though, so I dont complain about it or think next time will be different. Saturday is very busy, dont go if you dont have to. Nights are less busy but the isles are full of new stock and it can still be difficult to get around. There are a ton of negative things, but they, usually, have what I want and I can get home stuff while Im picking up my groceries for the week. So I guess I like it, despite its pitfalls. I guess if I can post some helpful advice, go during the week, in the morning. This is when you are most likely to get around and out quicker than usual. Also, if you have an android phone, download the Walmart app. If youre not sure where something is and you dont have an employee nearby, the app will tell what isle it is in (along with price too.) It also has a built-in sku scanner, so you can look up the price of items (the sku is the part that they scan with all of the black lines.) Its a Walmart, dont expect Publix levels of nice.

FOR THE WALMART ON CORTEZ.. I was VERY disappointed this morning at your store. I was VERY offended to see 2 black guys, with their pants BELOW their Asses.... holding the pants UP in front in order to walk.... I spend LOT of money in your store, and... . Yes... Im an old fart.... BUT .. some things just should NOT be advertised in public. ASSES... for one thing.... I dont need to see a grey or red pair of underwear showing ABOVE your pants..... Decency must not have been introduced to the two guys Who were proudly strutting around... pushing a cart with one hand, while holding up their pants with the other hand. I guess I thought the "greeter" at the door could have/ should have the authority to turn someone away, who is dressed so disrespectfully...... can YOU comment n this....? ? I dont see this behavior in WINN DIXIE or. PUBLIX..... Is it possible these two stores have more respect for their customers than WALMART does...? This gives me pause, as to where I shop..... I would request a response from the Walmart manager on this issue... Audrey Kruger

I have dealt with the auto center a few times at this location and all I can say is......AMAZING!!! The ladies at the desk are cool and the work they have done has been fair and quality. The BIGGEST Moment of Truth was when the guys set me up with wiper blades for my truck, the recommended a couple different styles and then installed the set I chose, GREAT service!!! ***4-17-16**** update Its really to bad a manager doesnt recognize OR that they cant get the help needed to facilitate auto service in a timely manor. If it wasnt for the solid folks working in the auto dept I would NEVER come here. To be told its an hour and a half to two hours before an oil change can happen is ludicrous.....Not only did I walk out but two folks that walked in behind me left because waiting that long is somewhat unacceptable??? Maybe I expect to much

I am a 5 minute drive from this Walmart and I frequent this Walmart about 3 times a week. I have never had a good experience here except for 1 time that I can remember. Their cashiers never know what they are doing and are incredibly slow, its always a mess, the employees are never friendly, the lines to check out always take at least 5 minutes, and customer service desk is anything but friendly and helpful. The cheap prices are simply not worth it anymore.

UNETHICAL fish treatment. Went to the aquarium aisle, in a tank that looked like it was about 10-20 gallons, saw 21 sail-fin mollies, along with about 5-10 other fish. The minimum gallons per about 5 fish according to several sources, including this one: http://aquariumtidings.com/molly-fish/. As well, betas were kept in a Tupperware container without oxygen which they need to LIVE, with less than a gallon of space to swim in. They need at least 5.

Loss prevention is very over Bering, I took my cellphone out of my purse to answer it, and for the rest of my visit , two followed me like I was a criminal thru the store! FYI dont answer your cellphone or get anything out of your purse or your automatically a shoplifter... And who gave them the right to take cellphone pics of me? Who see them ? What are they used for? Isnt that what store surveillance is for?

Im not happy with Walmarts new changes, every time I go there youve move stuff, my best experience was today, I had a bottle of tomato juice and it didnt have a UPC code and the guy told me he couldnt ring it up without one I asked him cant you call someone to go get one and he said no, so I said fine, Ill just hold up the line and Ill find it thats pretty piss-poor public relations there

One of the worst Wal-Mart experiences of my life. The store was out of date and oddly laid out. The employees were incompetent and could be found hiding out in the aisles having conversations. The staff seemed to go out of their way to be arrogant and rude. They appeared to go out of their way to be reckless and find conflict. After about 15 minutes I had to leave. Avoid this place.
