I dont think I have ever been so mad at a retailer like I am with this target. I drove a 2 hour around trip trying to get a product that they refused to hold (which was understandable) and refused to let me pay for it over the phone. Ive worked in retail and sales all my life and I have never heard of anyone not letting you pay over phone. Telemarketers do it, Verizon will do it, ever Gamestop will do it yet here I got told no. Even after recalling them multiple times on my drive up there and still asking for the product it never once hit the store staff that "hey maybe we should hold this for him, he is making a lot of effort to get it". Instead on one of my calls as I was a few minutes away they informed me that they just sold it. This has been one of the worst customer service experiences Ive ever had. The electronics department needs do way better than this. Truthfully I dont see myself ever shopping or recommending a target store to anyone for any reason after this experience.

The cart attendants they have are rude and unhelpful!!! Im 8 months pregnant and Targets cart attendant refused to help me to my car because he " had his hands full".... The store is a mess and unorganized, and not to mention I ordered some stuff offline from Target and they lost my package, didnt give me any refund!!!!! I am outraged and wanted all of Asheville to know that this particular Target SUCKS and so do the staff!!!!! Save yourself a trip and go to the one in Arden on Airport Rd... And by the way I only gave it one star because I had too!

I am reviewing this location because the other reviews are inane. This location is clean, and slow paced. Its a bit hard to find but thats no big deal. The employees have been helpful to me every time I have been there (going so far as to open a repackage to let me get a good look and feel at it). I have been to many targets and walmarts and have had exposure to racism (at several walmarts including the one nearby) but have never experienced any at this location.

This place doesnt even deserve a star except for the starbucks thats in the store they only have phone cases for iphones and a whole entire wall may i add 3 cases for androids bottom line you can tell that they care more about selling space to vendors than there customers needs smh what a joke and you got to give at least a star to do a post what a shame

The staff here is amazing. They are always willing to help and answer questions. Returns have always been hassle-free for us. And they are quick to resolve pricing issues. Their staff is well trained and definitely live by the "customer first" philosophy. Ive never had a bad experience here. Target does it right.

I went to the Starbucks there and I got a Trenta iced coffee with white mocha and it was awful. My mother got a cappuccino and it was also terrible. Im a barista and I know what the drinks are supposed to taste like. The baristas were nice and friendly but the drinks were definitely not made correctly.

This store is on par with most other Targets. Well kept, clean, & had a good selection of items in every department. We visited late at night, about an hour before closing, so the staff wasnt overly friendly or outgoing, but I cant say that I would be if I were in their shoes.

No self-checkout takes a star off the rating. Some good stuff but poor food selection. I think Picacho is adorable but hate the show. Prefer Star Wars for viewing and card games, although Ive never played Pokémon and havent played Star Wars since I was knee-high to a Wookie.

Love the store arrangement and the treatment from cashiers is always very nice. The only thing Im not pleased much with is the fact womens restrooms are always quite filthy and it would be appreciated if they could get inspected and cleaned more regularly.

The less impressive of the two Targets in town, in my opinion. The staff are friendly, but the lines are always considerably longer, likely owing to the higher volume. Still, a good store, and a far cry better than certain big-box alternatives.

This is a great Target! Always clean and orderly! The staff at this location are more than helpful! Always someone around to help and always a smile on their faces. I dont like department stores AT ALL...but I really do ENJOY this location!!!!!

Seriously the best Target. I had the privilege of working with these truly great, helpful people and they really do value guests experience. Way more organized than other Target stores as well both from a team members and guests perspectives.

I like everything about this store EXCEPT that the customer service counter is part of the regular checkout lines. So, I usually have to wait to make a return. Of course this is not a problem when I need to make a purchase AND a return! ☺

We always end up at Target for something specific and leave with a cart full of stuff we didnt need, and likely didnt even get the thing we went in there for in the first place. and we usually spend at least $50, but hey, i still enjoy it.

They have a pretty good selection of pokemon cards. Only 4 stars, though, since my girlfriend never lets me get any even though it was my birthday last week and she didnt get me any then. I got drunk and pet a cat.

Its just a great place to shop. Good sales, kids love it. Moms love it to. You can get super great gifts there. Birthday ,anniversary, school, teachers, anyone. Even your husband. I just like Target!!!!!

I hadnt been to Target in ages, but I got a gift card so we went. I was really surprised at the amazing selection. We bought an Archer Farms Spinach and Goat cheese pizza. It was amazing!
