Kmart tops Walmart in Customer Service, open registers at checkout, knowledgeable staff who can answer almost ANY QUESTION and an affordable price range on nearly every type of item sold the only downfall in all its perks is product availability and variety but when it comes to earning rewards in their loyalty rewards program it cant be matched or outdone I went in monday with $100 in cash to buy a phone and phone card and checked my rewards points i had 36,430 some odd points my phone was $49.99 my phone card was $50.00 and I paid $5.00 for their 1yr replacement warranty and my subtotal was just over $110.00 and minus my $36.43 in points i redeemed it came to $74 and some change! Its awesome I love kmart lol

I am going to buy a Cannon s95 camera........so I call Kmart to check price and stock. Nice lady answers phone and transfers me to electronics. The salesperson that answered in electronics said she would go check for the camera.......held and held and held on the phone. Someone else picks up phone and answers with a very loud and blunt "yes"...I say hello Im holding...........thats all I got out before she slams the phone down and cuts me off. Good bye Kmart....hello BestBuy......I will spend my $400.00 else where.

Ugh its so sad and depressing. Empty shelves dirty store and fixtures that are falling apart. This environment has taken a toll on the employees , who seem to be on another planet while the store around them is falling apart .As far as prices go the few things that they were in stock on were overpriced for the quality. All around another disappointing Kmart . I wish I could say I was surprised. The end is near ☠️☠️☠️

The store was in disarray. Medicine products were all over the shelf. You couldnt tell the price. Got to the register with a pair of shoes. Wrong price on them. Didnt purchase them. The last rang the merchandise up with no tape. Had to go to customer services to get a receipt. Not a good experience. Will not be back here.

It is clear that the employees are desperately underpaid... nobody cares about their job and the ridiculous corporate policies makei ti so that the check out process never takes less then 10-15 minutes.... Ive been there 4 times and Ive promised myself never to return.. SHOP LOCAL ! ! ! ! !

No returns no store credit no exchange if you are past the dinky 30 days on your receipt. I shopped out of town. Stores are not near me. So I missed the deadline. But it wont matter from now on. I can go to Walmart target big lots etc etc and get great things and customer friendly policies!

There is a ton of stuff! I found everything I was looking for. Unfortunately I also found expired coffee creamer (glad I check the dates before I purchase). The staff isnt very friendly and the place is kind of a mess. I couldnt find a price for half of my grocery list.

Great store, although the bathrooms can get a little rough at times, but given the stores location on the bus route, its not totally unexpected. Checkout is usually very quick and they have decent prices (dang sight lower than that other "Mart")

Prices are ok, but employees are not very helpful or pleasant. Cashiers dont smile a whole lot and if you need help in a specific area of the store dont press the call button in that section. Pick up your cell phone and call the store!
