Drove 30 miles out of my way to return something I really needed to return BC of a birthday gift. And this was only day I had to do it BC of work and granted it was new years day well I get there at 7:55 I called and asked when they closed they said 8 so I rushed to get there just so I could turn around and go home they closed early like 8 mins early 10 employees standing up front and a girl yelling at me WE ARE CLOSED .....no Ur SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN TILL 8 I was so disappointed Ive never had issues with this place and I understand it was a holiday but I really needed to return this and didnt get to so now I have to drive back out to do it again and I still dont have the right gift for the birthday present that I needed other than that place USUALLY IS NICE and great prices but this trip really disappointed me greatly

Better keep ur reciepts!! Try to exchange a shirt that was to big for my gdaughter n they said it wasnt in their system and it has a Ross tag still on it!! Well i wont be shopping at a store that cant even offer an exchange! I didnt ask for money back. She needed another shirt that would fit her! This was a gift .

Ross has the best designer dresses and handbags. Whenever I need a dress, handbag, shoes, bedding or whatever I need I can always count on Ross to be there with a great selection and unbelievable discount prices.
