I spent quite a large amount of money on a dishwasher . I paid for delivery and haul away service. When it arrived , the service I PAID for last WEEK did not. I was told that they were just contractors . They didnt work for Sears. The ad online said they would disconnect and haul away the old appliance for a fee. I was told that this offer did not apply to my appliance. So what did I pay for ? I didnt even get a receipt or an owners manual for my new appliance. The contractors hauled ass out of here. I was told to call the store , and I left a message. No one called me be back. I tried calling customer service for assistance. I spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get someone to help me. I finally gave up. I have hired another company to install and take away my old appliance . We spend a lot of money on tools , auto, yard and appliance with Sears . They dont care anymore. The service in this store used to be outstanding . Customer service is obviously now overseas .. they could not understand what I was saying .. or they didnt care. I am in the customer service industry. If I left my clients on hold for an hour and a half .. hoping theyd hang up, with no resolution.. I would lose my job. I am upset with the lack of service I received . I am very disappointed in the management and what is now called Sears customer service . Its just easier to go someplace else if you need assistance . This experience was very upsetting and disappointing . Its now been two and a half hours and there hasnt Been a call from the store . I think the lack of service and customer care speaks volumes for why Sears is now facing tough times .They just threw another life long customer in the trash today, and I didnt like it .

I got a craftsman gas trimmer on 4/14/2017 used it one time it barely ran As I went to use it today it would not start and run it would start and run a few minute and it was like no power so I returned to sears today to return it walked up to the counter the lady ask may I help you I said I want to return this she ask the guy name jimmy what we had to do he said it has to go to service I said I bought it 8 days ago and dont want this one he was in a hateful mood I ask for the store manager the lady call for the manager he said just replace it never came out this jimmy guy took the trimmer outside and started it and come back in and said well you must have broke it in it started now I said ok I still dont want it as no one there knows I have around 15,000 .00 in craftsman tools and equipment and was treated very rude so at this point I will not go back to sears and buy anything from now on Thanks jimmy ppl like you close stores and lose customers wish I had my money back

It was awful tried to replace broken tools they didnt want to replace them because they said tools in a mechanics set was only for home use and Im a mechanic and they said it was abuse got in a huge fight because of it and they didnt want to replace the other 2 peoples broken tools I made them pull up the lifetime warranty they soon found that I was right they replaced the tools but experience was terrible they are awful at customer service

I wanted to return a blouse that I purchased 5 weeks ago and they wouldnt allow it because it had been past 30 days and yet they still have it featured. I have been shopping here for many years, but its becoming a pain in the butt.
