I gave this Nordstrom Rack five stars because of the amazingly wonderful experiences Ive had with the staff: Deb, Karen, all of the cashiers (Im so sorry I cant remember your names). Everyone Ive encountered goes the extra mile and the merchandise Ive bought is incredibly priced (especially those red tag clearance sales prices!). I have yet to come across one person who wasnt cheerful, helpful, courteous and genuinely friendly!!!

First time in my life I met not very nice and friendly staff at the store ( especially at Nordstrom). In the fitting room they told me that usually i have to hang up the clothes I tried on the hangers by myself but its ok, and she will do this. Then it was a cashier who literally Threw us a package with the purchase after we pay it. Really ... weird . I will never come back to this place

If you like to be insulted and your request ignored, go to this store .We are decent customers, not rich ones and I realize this is an outlet store, but it appears the store manager is empowered to ignore issues and insult clients because we shop for bargains. If I did this in my business we would be out of business,. BEWARE OF THIS STORE

It was packed, disorganized, and overwhelming. I went in with a general idea of what I needed & found nothing. Parking was a pain & so was the traffic from the road construction on University. I also found 0 employees available or willing to help me. I got frustrated & left quickly

Some good deals. Hard to find specific items. Like a treasure hunt. If you look hard enough you will find a treasure! Long line but plenty of cashiers so it moves quickly. Prices are really good.
