Difinative Ghetto Walmart !!!! White folks beware. I had the rudest little black girl cashier ever. What a racist !!! Her fellow employee, of whom I allowed to go ahead of me , and her were laughing , talking having a great time, the girl was so bubbly. They chatted so long I regretted letting her go ahead of me. Thanks, HUH ? Then, when we white folks got to the register, Ms Friendly didnt say one word, not anything. She didnt ask if we found everything alright, she didnt say "Hello", she didnt say" How are you", she said NOTHING !!! Now, her friend was a fellow employee, but she was also a black girl and our cashier had no problem talking to her, but when a white couple came up , she was deaf and dumb as a stone. I asked her if she spoke English just to make her speak to me. She"s clearly a Racist !!! If she cant hide her dislike for white folk, how can she work with the public? She has no people skills. Clearly not customer service material. I know that due to its location, this Walmart is primarily an Afro-American store ,both employees and customers, but there are a few white folks in the area still and I demand to be treated with human dignity and respect, not discriminated against by the very people that I help to eat, buy clothes, Cell phones, cars, etc. by my being a customer and spending my money that helps pay her salary. If she cant treat people of a different skin color impartially, then Shane Dellus, AKA "The Store Mgr", needs to fire her. Blacks arent the ONLY ones discriminated against, they just complain the loudest ! They are just as racist , if not more , than anyone else, as this experiance proves. Root them out Walmart, please.

This Walmart is definitely the worst Ive seen. The bathrooms every time I go with is toilet paper and bags lying on the floor. Today I call the main number and the employee who attended me was laughing to someone else and not pay attention to what I said. I asked if she can transfer me to the pharmacy and she gave me the number of the department of vision! And I call back and when she answered the phone treated me arrogantly. And the pharmacy or say. And the pharmacy they always have a problem with the system they used. I have a medicine that is recurrent and now they said that I need a prior authorization, I call the health plan and they tell methat medicine do not need it and if I keep having problems with the prescription feel free to take that to another pharmacy and thats what Ill do. Unfortunately the pharmacy employees do not have the necessary training and the professionalism required for the job. Act as those who have no knowledge of what you are doing. This Walmart is definitely the worst !!!!!! Not recommended at all.

Youre doing your best to keep your store clean even though youre not in the greatest neighborhood you keep your price is fair you do have other Wal-mart that are cheaper than you like the one on Bruce B downs than anyone Bruce B downs in Nebraska they are cheaper than you but I guess the worst the area or the location the higher the prices I dont know I would hope that you would change that I have noticed it but I love the Walmart its great kind people customer service is awesome thank you very much for putting one there now if we can just get everybody to do the right thing and not steal Ive seen so much that happened there already come on everyone put it on layaway if not ask somebody maybe theyll help you the road isnt as mean as you think god bless all walmart become a better company now I hear a lot of bad reviews about you but I still like shopping there

After reading the other reviews I doubt anyone at Walmart actually reads or cares. The lines are super long and take 30 minutes to check out and if they make a mistake it takes another 30 minutes at customer service to fix the issue. If the food was good it isnt after waiting in line for over an hour. I found so much stuff out of date. When I asked the employee about bread that expired a month ago he looked and said the exp date was 7/5/2018. I replied by asking if he thought bread could last 2 years. He said he would have to go and ask. It was never moved off the shelf. All the tomatoes were rotting on the shelf and nothing was done when I brought it to another employees attention. Another issue is they never have items consistently. You never know if the same products will be there. I would avoid this place.

Thats terrible how people associate "ghetto" with African-Americans. Is that Walmart on Dale Mabry & Waters "ghetto"??? Which is predominantly Spanish. What about the one on S.Dale Mabry??? Where the staff is diverse as well as the customers. I Cant front, I had a problem there as well lol. Thats why Im here. It was from a foreign young lady though. I felt like I was getting the run around as well when I called. It seemed like the manager was always in a meeting. That must be the go to excuse. I think its more so the nature of the person. Versus their ethnicity. Low pay and lack of enthusiasm creates these Costumer Service Cornballs. Oh yeah, and they close @11:00 pm

Porque Ai encuentro todo lo que necesito fácil por el orden en q están y rápido y los empleados son muy atentos ,y eficiente además por su póliza satisfacción y garantía productos de calidad y aunque han subido un poquito los precios sigue siendo la tienda más barata a mi siempre me ha gustado walmart lo consigo todo en un solo sitio

NOT OPEN 24HOURS. MY HUSBAND AND I WERE AT THE WALMART ON HILLSBORO AVE THE NEW ONE WELL ANY WAYS WERE CHECKING AND A FIGHT ALMOST BROKE BETWEEN CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE THERE ALOT OF WORDS THROWN BACK FORTH THEN THE MANAGERS RAN OVER AND ESCORT THE EMPLOYEE OUT THE DOOR. I ASK THE CASHIER THAT WAS CHECKING US OUT I SAID DOES THIS HAPPEN ALOT AND SHE SAID IT DOES HAPPEN NOT ALOT BUT IT DOES HAPPEN. ALL I CAN SAY ONLY AT WALMART AND WORLDSTAR. THAT TERRIBLE BOTH PEOPLE COULD NOT KEEP THEIR MOUTH SHUT CUSTOMER AND EMPLOYEE. They are not know for their customer service we are talking about WALMART aka WALLYS WORLD. THATS WHAT MY OLDER DAUGHTER CALLS THEM HAHA.

Everyone is in a rush. People are not courteous. I watched an older woman get into a line that was for 20 or less items. She had too many items, she realized that and backed up her cart and she offered her spot to someone else. Despite this action the woman at the register was rude to her. Furthermore, she claimed to be on break and began to berate the older woman for offering a spot to someone else. The cashier turned to her manager and said "Mackenzie, Ive got people on my register and Im supposed to be on break." He promptly reminded her that her break didnt start for another 15 minutes. Im not sure a pleasant Walmart experience exists in Tampa.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! I was scammed by a cashier, when you call to speak to a manager they tell the employees they are busy so you cant get any help with making complaints. Not to mention you must wait in line for at least 20 min. Go to Target, id rather spend the extra few dollars for GOOD and FAST customer service than come here and get treated like trash from all these miserable employees. They dont smile, they dont speak, you ask them about something the answer is plain and simple "I dont know" !no one is forcing you to work at walmart! And shame on walmart for hiring such horrible employees. DONT LET THEM SEE YOUR CREDIT CARD!
