Let me start off by saying... I love this Target. Its close to home, looks brand new still, and i like the setup inside. However, i went here yesterday and walked straight to the Starbucks to purchase a cup. Thats it. I waited 10 minutes at the counter watching a young man make what must have been time consuming drinks, while a woman with tattoos on her arms slammed things around, and appeared to be doing her duties before she could leave (making coffee, putting dirty items into tubs, etc). The kid saw me, and two other people behind me and didnt bother acknowledging us, and the lady seemed angry that we were there, and was more interested in leaving than to bother helping her team mate. Finally she finished her work and briefly explained she had worked a double and was trying to leave. I worked in hospitality 7 years as a bartender and server so customer service is huge to me. I would never leave a customer waiting this long. Nor would i tell the customer ive kept waiting so long that i worked a double and thats why i kept you waiting! I wanted to write this review in hopes that Target management will see this and re-train these two people and teach them how to greet a customer, and let them know you will be right with them as soon as you finish up making the drinks. Its really just common courtesy..

What started out as a trying and difficult time to find the products to create the most perfect caramel apples, turned into a delightful trip. My partner and I woke up craving caramel apples, and knowing that there was a Super Target not even five minutes away. When we got there, we saw the pre-made caramel apples and were dismayed that we couldnt find the proper melting caramel and sticks to create our treats. After asking five associates who were somewhat helpful, but didnt know what they were talking about, we both became a little irate and were about to leave. Then, an older woman Annie (she called herself the old woman) took us up and down three aisles and spent at least ten minutes with us making sure that we found everything we needed. She was nothing but nice and understanding of our needs and made sure she could do everything in her power to satisfy us. She was so helpful and will return because of her outstanding customer service.

This is such a wonderful store.This store hardly gets crowded when I come here or the other Super Target on SR54.This store is a Super Target this is not a Target Store its a Super Target store.This store is always clean way better than that walmart next store.If you come at night around 8-9PM when you look hardly any people here.Well there are people still shopping you can still see people walking around the store.Best prices and Grocerys too.The produce section is nice fresh and cheap.Walmart next store is crowded all the time.I think this is the best store to shop at.

I love Target but this is my favorite. Its fairly new and is a Super Target. Even when the parking lot is really full, the store inside never looks too busy. I think the wide aisles help. Customer service has been helpful with picking up online orders. I always end up buying more than I need, but the Cartwheel app has been saving me money along with my RedCard so theres a lot of ways to save. The Starbucks inside is a nice feature, too! Easy access to Dale Mabry Hwy, US41, and SR54. Convenient to Lutz and Land OLakes.

Not the cleanest. Doesnt have alot of clothing options like some other targets. The Starbucks inside is a joke depending on who works. Cant even get a signal for data inside to utilize cartwheel app while shopping. I liked the target on 54 better but they closed it down. Those were the only two near me now Im stuck wit this bad one .

Went here for groceries. Clean store that is not overly crowded. Youll find more product, selection, and better customer service at Publix, but the prices here are decent. The cashier was quite friendly. Ill come back here whenever I do not have great coupons to use at Publix.

Only went to this location for the optical services. Staff there was really attentive, got us in earlier than our appointment and get our visit done quickly. Worked out a great deal with my wife for the glasses and we left happy. Good experience.

Target pharmacy Associates and doctor on staff are excellent and took the time to make sure my children were happy with their medicine even though my children have the flu and pneumonia they made it a better experience .Thank you!

Very clean and pretty empty most of the time. Sheilah the cashier here is the kindest person you will ever meet, I will keep coming back to this Target even though I have one closer to my house because of her.

Its very clean and all the items are organized. It was pieceful i loved it alone with my granddaughter that wanted to buy the entire store...LOL i will repeat the visit..see you soon target. And THANK YOU....

For a huge company to allow their parking lot to look the way it does is embarrassing. You cant even see it from the street because of all the overgrown weeds. Seriously, hire a lawn care company.

Store seems like it eas forgotten. Lots of items on clearance, no other stores around it. I did however find an odd item that no other stores in the area carried and this made me bump the rating

So big! It can be a little overwhelming. Clean, organized, never busy. Customer service always on point. Always have pick-up orders ready within minutes. Just a nice shopping experience.

I prefer to shop at this location and actually drive past another Super Target to get there. The store is always in great shape, is well stocked and the employees are wonderful.

Its like a ghost town in there trying to find an associate! Very frustrating. Especially when you need help with something,ya know? But I love target...just seems understaffed

Not usually crowded so its an easy in and out. One stop shopping for staples and household items such as milk bread and HBA or pharmacy but would not recommend produce.

Large store but shelves are often empty, inefficient check out process with usually to few cashiers. Generally good prices and clean, pleasant environment.

A large store with a good selection of items. Its usually not very busy when we go making it easy to get in and out without having to spend a lot of time.

You cant go wrong when you go on a target run for whatever is on sale. I give them 4 stars because sometimes I can get cheaper items at Wal-Mart.

Overall the team at this store is very helpful as well as management. They also are usually really good about keeping the store clean and tidy.
