Today was my first visit to a Kmart in approximately 5 years and will be my last based on todays experience. First there were only 2 registers open and based on the other reviews this seems to be the norm. When I went to pay, the line was deep into the shopping isles. I wasnt sure if this was a check out line or a line for Shakira autographs. 25 minutes later I finally reached the cashier who had a 1000 yard stare. She was cordial but obviously unhappy. I made the mistake of paying with cash because there was no change in her drawer, but before I could pay with my card the cashier mumbled and left the register. I stood there with a line of people who wanted to flog me for still paying with cash assuming the cashier went to get change. The cashier finally returned and asked if I would like to make a donation to some charity. I said I will donate to the cashier fund if Kmart hires more cashiers. But I realized I already made a donation, I donated 25 minutes of my time waiting in line only to be greeted by someone who obviously hates their job and was not prepared for someone using an archaic form of currency. If Kmart cannot afford more than 2 cashiers to be on duty they need to close their doors or post the wait times at the front door or maybe offer fast passes. Either way the management of this store have a problem. Customer service here is egregious.

The customer service at this location is absolutely horrible! The Managers (one in particular, Ashley) are clueless. They dumb down their employees to customers when the Managers them self are in the wrong. They have no skills with problem solving or which precautions to take on false advertisement. Instead, they convert to consumer fraud. I will never come back to this Kmart. I recommend the Kmart on Florida Avenue. They were absolutely wonderful, and helped me to their fullest extent! I definitely do not mind driving the extra 5 miles to receive great customer service at a location that not only knows how to give excellent customer service but knows how to make their customers happy!

The store looks OK, but is always higher than anywhere else unless the item is on sale. The electronics department is out of everything, all the time, even simple cables.. Most employees look like they just rolled out of bed. Half-connected false eyelashes, stained clothing, insane hair, and surly attitudes abound. The bathroom was gagging. Checkout is painfully slow due to the hapless attempt at rewards points and e-receipts. You can get 4 pieces of paper for buying a pack of gum, after 20 questions. The store, however, is convenient, and has a few helpful people. The layout makes it easy to find things.

While the employees here are super nice, this store is a shining example of why Kmart is a dying chain. My girlfriend and I went in to this location with a list of 12 items. 12. We found a messy store, with large empty spaces on shelves from out of stock items. From our list of 12 items, which included fairly common items like a file box and allergen pillow covers, we finally left with 1 item. Yes, out of 12 items, they had 1. I would like to say I was surprised, but this happens again and again. At this point, we will not be returning to any Kmart.

I go here very often, the staff is like a hit or miss; you either getl a super nice person or one that clearly hates her job. Customer service desk is either a huge wait or they will ignore you. I did have a great experience once where they honored an online coupon so like I said hit or miss. Good selection of stuff, looks clean enough but if you need help finding anything its super hard to find an associate willing to help.

This store is unfortunately is ran by uneducated people. Never have more then two cash registers open at a time including the customer service desk. Ive been using this store going on two years and like always lines were down the isles. I have never been a kmart that the people were as rude. Cant wait for this store to close. Not the first time I had a cart full and left it in the middle of an isle because of the lines.

I like this place cuz they give me free points alot to get stuff for free or really cheap. Last week they gave me $20 off any purchase of $25 or more. I got a pair or jeans, a pair of shorts, and a polo short for about $6. Yesterday, they gave me another $20 off $25 coupon. This time I got a 12 speed blender for 5 bucks! Really great dealz! Shopyourway is da bess free rewards program evah!!!

I have lived close to this store before it was built, and never had a bad experience. My husband And I go all the time, even for our prescriptions. They have the best druggists around, that are caring and helpful, and dont treat you like a number, they treat you like a friend. Love my Kmart.

Not worth it.. Not a good store.. They do not go by they word online are in store.. Place an order online for same day pick up .. Was never there.. Not happy with store.. Waited two hour for help and to walk around tell some one come by.. So sad no one care there

The place is yellow. Everything seems kinda old and dusty and the service is slow at the cash register. Besides that, I still come to this Kmart. Things are always on sale, and I can always find a good deal.

This is actually a good alternative place to shop. Youre almost alone in the store and no waiting in line. Worth paying a little more than wading through the flood of people at Walmart.
