The bakery here is horrible . I ordered my daughters cake two weeks ahead of time wanted a picture collage on top with zebra print on the sides and purple trim marble cake with buttercream frosting when we went to pick up the cake there was no one in bakery deli had to get the cake it was wrong the collage only had 3 of the 5 pictures of my daughter on it and they put odd lines around the cake not Zebra at all and mind u the zebra was a cake kit I picked her party was in two hours and william the customer the higher up manager making the call on what to do informed me that Friday is there end of week so he didnt need any one in bakery because it was more important to not have over time then have someone there they gave me the cake that was wrong at half price and not until the party did I realize it was a white cake not marble very dissatisfied next time Ill take my business to ingles I Know there a corporate store but they should still care about there coustomers some oh and ps. I called earlier in the week to make sure they were able to make the cake I ordered and that there would be no problems bc there the lady that took our order to start with asked me to call back and make sure because she was not from the bakery

OK, never ever have I gave a bad review but Ive had enough with the service at this Wal-Mart. I dont know if theyre understaff or too cheap to hire staff. I often am frustrated at having to track someone down if I need help but the photo department is the worst. Im trying to work on getting pictures ready for the fair. I work long hours and on my days off my free time is limited. Last week when I went to pick up picture the employee hands me my pictures, tells me how much I owe and then walks off. Good thing I was paying with a debit card. I tore off my receipt and left with my pictures. Last night I down loaded 6 photos to be printed 8×10. Email said they would be ready by 10:00am. Get to Wal-Mart at about 12:50 to only spend 20 trying to find someone to help me. No one in photo lab, no one in electronics. Finely Im able to get a young kid to help that has no idea where to look. Goes through all the pictures he can find and nothing found. I spent over 45 minutes for nothing. That doesnt take in account that I drove from Bat Cave. Im done. Ill get my pictures at CVS or somewhere else and anything else I need Ill get somewhere else.

Everyone that works there is so nice at this Walmart. I know that this is a very large store and that it is high volume so a person has to take this in consideration when they speak about customer service. More checkouts are open at this store. Customer Service at the checkouts are excellent. Management and CSMs work very hard to satisfy customers and are very nice. I love shopping at this Walmart. If you need help in a department that doesnt have someone in it at all times know that you can always go up to customer service in the front of the store and ask for help in the department you need help in. Yes, there is a line most of the time but remember this is the highest volume Walmart in Western North Carolina, hundreds and hundreds of people shop at this Walmart everyday. I shop here a lot. Love it.

A highly busy store unless you go after 10pm. Never had an issue with the pharmacy. They are helpful, friendly and the pharmacists it there to answer guestions. Wish I could say that for the rest of the day time employees. Which even if they are doing nothing more than restocking the selfs, look as if they wish not to be bothered. Hard to find help at times because departments look like staff have up and left. Pretty much need to know what your getting because the staff dont seem to know much about there products. In which shopping at the walmart online store gives you the same end results. Just with no crowds, the nosie of your home and the help of people who review the products. Which ironically is mostly more accurate than any walmart employee.

Second year in a row I have ordered my sons birthday cake from here and not only was is sloppy and crooked beyond belief but it wasnt even the cake I ordered!!! The manager tried to defend to "decorator" which made the situation even worse. Do not ever order a cake from here because not only will it look like it was made my a toddler but it probably wont even be the right one. Both years I have ordered here they have been so sloppy and ugly. That lady needs to be fired pronto, she should not be doing this for living....Will never get a cake here again.

The betta fish here are kept in severely unhealthy conditions. Every time I come to this Walmart, I check on the fish. There are often dead fish in the filters and the betta fish all look sickly. Today, there were at least three betta fish that I looked at that were all swimming in filth. Their water is supposed to be changed every 3-4 days, but the instructions on the lids of their "bowls" say they should be changed weekly. No wonder these fish are ill and dying - nobody seems to know what theyre doing. Walmart needs to stop selling fish. Period.

Typical Walmart experience... Very rarely have what youre there for, the employees are mistreated and underpaid rendering them the type who would rather pretend not to hear you than actually help you, and then when you do by some miracle find what you need, they have 2 registers open at peak hours despite having 50+ employees on the clock. All in all, this corporate ran dumpster SUCKS no matter which one you visit.

360 Exploration

Save yourself the agony and pain, and just go to the Arden Walmart. This one is slow at the registers, staff is not friendly. I imagine the Hendersonville Walmart as being employed by zombies, because that is what the staff act like. The departments are normally a mess, and it seems to usually be very crowded in this one. You go to Arden and you can see the difference between the two like night and day.

Cameras cant read a license plate with in a 100ft of this area . If u needed Walmart too do so . Gunman gets away , police says my word against his word that he pulled a " radar detector " on me not a gun . Blue-collar $$$$ that what makes Walmart Walmart vs Retire Racecar driver $$$$

I was surprised to see that it says "Open Today" on the internet... So when we actually WENT all the way to Walmart I was a little upset to see the sign on the door that says "Closed - Open 12/26/2014. " Its fine if youre closed on Christmas but dont advertise OPEN on the internet!

This was a pleasant shopping experience, even at Walmart. While walking through the Health & Beauty department, an actual Walmart associate asked if I needed assistance locating an item. This was the first time a Walmart associate offered assistance; for me anyway. Great Job.
