Ive been to several Apple stores in the US and several Apple stores in different countries around the world. The store in my own town of Greenville is the worst store by far that Ive ever seen. Every time that I come here to buy something I have to wait at least 30 minutes to talk to anyone. The guy standing at the door checking people in doesnt even have time to talk to me. If thats the experience when Im trying to give them money I would hate to see how smoothly the support goes for existing products. Theres always a line out the door here. Its just ridiculous. Apple needs to do something about this location because it really damages their brand. My advice to anyone thinking about coming here is to just make the drive to either Atlanta or Charlotte and get a better experience. Its worth the drive just to not have to deal with this place. Apple is the richest company on the planet but yet they still cant make this location decent. I find it very sad. 12-1-16 Update - I need service... I need to bring my phone in for service but there are no appointment slots available in the foreseeable future at all. They just wont even let me make an appointment here because its too busy. I guess I have to drive to another state to get my iphone serviced or wait until sometime next year when theyre less busy. This is pitiful. Why do I even pay for Apple Care? There is no Apple available to provide me with care. I was in the store a few weeks ago talking to a guy at the genius bar. I mentioned how much I hate this location and how busy it is. He said that they only run at something like 55% of capacity. Thats not what I see. Its like standing room only. Theres no associate available to even talk to. Theres no slot available at all in the next month to even come in for service. Every seat at every table and every genius bar stool is occupied. This is at all hours of every day. Holy crap its bad here! Freaking Hong Kong isnt even anywhere near this bad! Theres just a ring of pissed off people leaning up against the wall around the perimeter of the store for hours waiting to talk to anyone.

My boyfriend and I went to this apple store on 11/10 because my phone was having battery issues and would not charge/turn on. We arrived around 6:30 and gave them our name and told them the problem, etc. They put us on the walk in list but said itd be a couple of hours, and we said that was fine. We did not have a phone for them to text so they told us to come back at 8:15, and although they closed at nine, they said we would definitely be seen and be helped that evening. We went and ate in the food court and walked around for two hours and came back in the store at exactly 8:15. We told the tech our problem and checked in. We sat in the store for over an hour with no one speaking to us except to rudely tell us that they were closing in a few minutes, so we told the rude employee that we were waiting on an appointment. The guy just said "okay", didnt ask us anything else and he along with every other employee in the store cleaned everything and continued to ignore us. It was 9:20 before anyone asked us what we needed. We told them we were waiting for an appointment and not once did anyone apologize for ignoring us or being rude or simply skipping our appointment because they were closing, although we were promised we would be helped. Finally someone took my phone to look at it and was back 10 minutes later. All he said was "well theres definitely a problem" and said Id have to pay $300 for a new phone. No explanation, no apologies for us waiting, just that wed have to pay. To make things worse, I took my phone to my cell provider and they told me an actual reason and said I may just need a new battery which was only $40. Not only did this apple store completely ignore us and be rude, but they barely looked at my phone before telling me to hand out $300 for a new one when the real problem could be easily fixed. This was a horrible experience and the customer service in this store is extremely horrid. I will NEVER go back to this store ever again.

I bought a Iphone 6 from a guy off of Craiglist. He told me it was in 100% excellent condition. Well, being a gullible teenager, I believed him. I looked at the phone and bought it. This all went well, until I found a small minor crack in my iphone with multiple scratches on the screen near the home button (no tempered glass screen protector). So I called Apple. This was a bad idea. I was given to a representative to help answer and resolve my issue. This representative was nice, but he then passed me on to another representative who just kept passing it on to more representatives. This was really annoying! Finally, I got to a representative who didnt do this to me, but instead, he kept saying "hold on sir" over and over. I was put on hold for almost 2 hours after telling him I had homework to get to. He said he put put me on the list of people who needed to be taken care of ASAP. Again, it didnt feel like it. I was on hold for almost 2 hours!!! Sadly, he then transfered me to the CEO of Apple thinking he didnt know how to fix my issue. The CEO was very nice and gave me 30 days to go to this Apple store and trade my iphone (which was pretty much almost a brick) for free. I went to the store 2 days later ( in and out in less than 10 min!!!). The representatives at the store were really smart, respectful, and very professional. I recommend to go the store. Its way faster than calling.

OK, I just come back from the screen replacement of my 6 plus.. Its true that you need to wait for around 20 min to be able to talk to an expert/genius. They took my iphone after around 30 min wait and then told me to come back in 1hr. (I know replacement the screen takes only 20 min max and I understand they are busy and I am not complain about that) I came back after exact 1 hour and was told some one is taking it out in 1-2 minutes, and after waiting 40 minutes, nothing happen (obviously they forget me, the guy who told me 2 minutes look at me walking around and waiting but didnt to anything, finally I am so hungry and get tired of waiting, I asked a lady to check if there is anything going wrong and after another 20 minutes, which means its exactly 1hr late than the promised time, a girl come out and charged my credit card, giving back my iphone, even with out say sorry,, we are running late, even if that never fix anything. So, I am not hoping to improving the service quality of the store by any chance by writing a review. And since its the only major store in the region, I dont think anyone else have any chance to go to another places. Just a heads up, it you come to this place for something else than buying a new iphone/ipad/macbook, you might experience slow service..
