I have walked out two times after receiving no help from anyone in the store. I needed an ink cartridge and no one would help me find the correct one. I went back to Amazon and it will be here in 2 days. I wanted to buy it now and was willing to pay the $30 premium that Staples charges. When they close they will probably blame a lot of factors. They wont blame terrible training and management. But the real problem is they cant run a retail operation effectively.

I find the staff at Staples McBee Station terrific. The print shop bent over backwards to accommodate my crazy schedule with funeral printings at the last minute so many times. I have purchased 3 computers from there and they back them up with quick service and knowledgeable staff. They keep me up and running! Thank you Alison and your super print and tech center staff. Fr. The customer service at this location is a joke. If you dont have to talk to anyone and know exactly what you want and where its located in the store then great. Ask an associate or even the manager and they will give you a blank stare and then act as if they are doing you a favor. Just amazing but goes to show you, its all about the location.

Store located conveniently downtown in an attractive little shopping center. Fully stocked, brightly lit, competently staffed, immaculately clean. It might be worth noting, too, that the two negative reviews currently posted were written by anonymous and semi-anonymous users. Thats how trolls roll, Im afraid. Just sayin.
