I spoke to Tony in the Ruskin, FL store. He refused to accept my order over the phone. I live 5 hrs away and am purchasing furniture to be delivered to my rental house in Ruskin. Tony requires me to come in to sign the credit card form which I can not do. I offered to fax a signature but he refused. Im shocked that you cant take my order.
