First of all horrible customer service. We promised new television and a new living room set. When it first got to our house the furniture was not even in plastic and second it was torn and scratches on the couches. The tv was not new. We were told that it was going to be replaced and it wasnt. When we finally got tired of them not doing anything to replace the our things, we told them to just come pick it up. The manager was completely verbal abusive and aggressive. Do not deal with these people. They will lie to you and abuse you. No lie!!! Horrible got to Aarons instead!

Most horrible customer care I have ever dealt with they suckered me for my money and still got to keep the device or it is going to go on my credit they will tell you one thing then the next day another straight lie to your face rent a center need to seriously look into this and in need of new management

Nothing there customer service is the worse ever. Even they own employees hate going there. I was in the hospital for two weeks called and let them know and they came to my house twice a day everyday. And then asked did I wanna get something else from them.
