Absolute Garbage, the Cashier was rude and short tempered. She also tried to over charge me on a item that wasnt marked and refused to have someone check on the price. I told her she couldnt do that, and she said "well what do you expect me to do" I told her where the item was and before I could finish my sentence she interrupted me saying she knew where the items where and she didnt need my help. I told her I wasnt going to pay for an item she over priced me on, and she said I would have to cancel my whole entire ticket. I told her she was acting very unprofessional and she turned around and said I was unprofessional....at that point I asked to see the store manager, and she said she wasnt going to help me, and that I just had to pay for my items. I walked off and went to the costumer service desk and asked to see the store manager, instead I was given a CSM which basically talked to the cashier and said "she would handle it" and apologized for the cashiers behavior, I asked where the store manager was and she said "busy doing other things"....Training teams need to come back and train the staff, if corporate walked in and seen this they would flip.

My wife went with me to Wal-mart for the first time in 3 years. Decided some of the recent corporate policy changes made it so we should give them a chance. This store guaranteed NEVER AGAIN. I tried to exchange a $10 backpack same day (it had a box cutter slash that my child had not noticed) after spending well over $100. I went to customer service just after 10pm and stood there for several minutes despite numerous nearby employees no one acknowledged me. When I walked off to find someone I was told that no exchanges after 10pm-- corporate policy. This is despite the fact that I had the receipt and you could see the replacement backpack from customer service. If you cant have staff on hand that you trust for $10 exchanges then you should not be open. The receipt and website mention no such time restrictions. Useless and idiotic customer service guarantees that to be the last chance I give them. Shop places that respect their customers and their customers time.

I visited this store to make holiday returns of items that was purchased in a Super walmart located in Doral, FL. The purchases were made with my Sams Club Crédit Card. The CSR stated that she couldnt look up the transactions and return the items at a discounted fee even though the items are not on sale in the local store.I accepted the gift card and I made an additional purchase last night and was overcharged. Before leaving the store I spoke with Supervisor who informed me to contact the Customer Service Desk in the AM as it was after 10PM and she was not awhere of the correct process. Calling twice this morning to correct both incidents I have been old once for 15 minutes and another time for 25 minutes. I am disabled and disguised with the general personalities and lack of knowledge of the majority of the employees. I was in the store for more than one and a half hours.

By far the worst experience I have ever had at any commercial retailer. Getting assistance was impossible. After waiting 20 minutes and having a staff member paged FIVE times for help, no one ever showed. We left empty handed. To make matters worse, there was a group of 15 year old boys racing the electric carts up and down the aisles. They were throwing the childrens inflatable balls at each other, making it impossible to use the aisle I needed. Lastly, as several Walmart staff members walked past these obnoxious teens, the teens shouted, "f*** you," so loudly I could hear them several aisles over. Again, the Walmart did nothing. Couldnt be more disappointed.

It wont allow me to put zero stars. I am a walmart shopper and this one is the worst. First off every time a new walmart our a renovated walmart comes around the surrounding neighborhood goes to crap. More criminals driving through side streets that theyve never been on before. Second, the staff sucks...how hard could out possibly be to scan merchandise?...but it takes them fifteen minutes to check one item. The store manager is a "favorite" player and couldnt run a McDonalds.....efficiently! His main staff like annie gardner is a crackhead and the store always looks like you may get robbed outside or even in apparel! WTF?

When I go to this Walmart they have the a world class greeter at the door love him but the employees are clueless when Im on the phone. I asked a simple question on the Xbox one and she said we dont have CALL OF DUTY bundles before i said anything. Not to mention the price change for them were not supposed to happen for 4 more days on the Xbox one. So ripoff, shady and rude. Clean store and great friendly greeter love him.

Okay Ill say it people thinking it Walmart is definitely the trailer park version Target. There is said. But I will tell you that it offers many good things Food Grocery Services the shop phone many different services front such Optical and so forth and overall I would put it right up against Target. I think perhaps because its that set up to be quite the Richey it even has a little bit more inventory its store

A large Wal-Mart with a wide selection of inventory. The shop is generally very busy and it can be difficult to maneuver. Ive encountered many friendly staff members, but Ive also come in contact with a handful of rude, arrogant, instigating, incompetent employees. Its open 24 hours, but at night, the focus is on stocking and it can be difficult to receive service. The self checkout is also well-run and fast.

This was a good Walmart until they turned into a super walmart. They never have anything instock Nothing new thier clearance prices are not worth it. Seems like whoever orders stuff around there doesnt know what they are doing Nothing is never in stock. Clothing sucks no choice for shoes toys etc. I drive 25 min away to a better Walmart i only go here if i absolutely have to. Management needs to step it up!

Not your standard Walmart location. The food selection is limited and seems to be a higher price point. The store is a mess with very limited clean up efforts from the staff. There are no self check outs and the staffing on the registers is less than even typical Walmart. Had to wait over 30 minutes to check out. Skip this lady cation and head to other Walmarts in the area.

I only come when I cant find what I need some where else and every time its a huge hassle. Just bought a lunch box for my son and Sat in line for 20 minutes before they said the credit card machine is broke get in line somewhere else. So I spent another 15 minutes in line. No sorry for the wait, or thank you for my patience or for shopping with them. NEVER coming back

Ive been there every time of the day and night and have never experienced a single panhandler...and so what if one did? Saks is down the street-- The real issue is that there are never enough trained cashiers and it takes forever to get out of there because of it. The cashiers are unprofessional--some not all--some are great, but those are few and far.
