I just wanted to send a BIG Thank You to your mobile team. Especially Victor, Berto, and Nesha who all helped make our time there a very pleasant experience. I came in to buy a new Galaxy S7 Edge and knew that was exactly what I wanted but wasnt so sure on the new contract options versus those I was grandfathered into with Verizon. Victor did a FABULOUS job CLEARLY explaining the differences to me. I actually felt confident in my decision when I left there, rather than questioning it as I usually do if I go to a Verizon store. He also listened to me when explaining what I wanted and really surprised me when he came back with a textured phone case he knew I would love based on context clues he had picked up on earlier (I was disappointed the new galaxy didnt have a textured back like my last one). That really surprised me and showed he truly listens and cares about his customers wants and needs! The friendliness of your customer service team was IMPECCABLE, FAR EXCEEDING what I receive at a Verizon store. I have purchased my phones from Best Buy for quite some time now, simply because of this. They were patient and friendly even though it was close to closing time. Im sure they had been there all day and dealt with some very difficult customers throughout, and were probably hungry as well - but they kept their friendly demeanor the entire time. Berto did a FANTASTIC job putting on my screen protector for me. I cant even tell it is there! He was also EXTREMELY patient when transferring my data (something Verizon was not when I had to switch to a different device temporarily). Although I didnt directly work with Nesha I got to overhear some of her conversations with customers and each one seemed to really have a pleasant experience working with her. This is an A+ team you have here, and I wanted to ensure they got the credit they are very much due. Thank you again to you and your WONDERFUL team. I will CERTAINLY be back!

Best Buy - So. Tampa: Store 561 - Tampa, FL I just wanted to thank the Home Theater Specialists at Best Buy in S. Tampa. The person that has been helping me is Rob, for he works in the Magnolia section of the store. This is one heck of a guy! I believe he’s management, but in any event was the most helpful and patient audio professional I’ve dealt with in some time. I didn’t have a clue what I needed, or basically was looking for…I just know I didn’t to spend a fortune, but also wanted something that wasn’t just sitting on a shelf with a price tag. What people don’t realize is, these individuals can build you a proposal based on your home audio needs large or small to get the best bag for your $ with exceptional quality. I would highly recommend this department to anyone looking to update their Home Theater experience. This group of individuals can help customize anything from a residential home, to updating a major hotel chain in the Greater Tampa Bay area. No matter if the store was slammed, or 1 person waiting… Rob was always courteous in letting you know he will help you as soon as he’s finished with the customer at hand, or point the next available Magnolia Specialist your way. It’s nice getting a personal touch in a big box store. I’ve read a lot of tedious complaints regarding this store location. You can’t please everyone all the time, and some people do have bad days at work no matter what their job entails. But I can tell you my experience has been tremendous each and every time. Thanks to Rob, and the staff at the Magnolia room in S. Tampa for making my shopping experience hassle free. Joe C.

Ive never written a Google review before but I feel strongly enough about this store to take the time to write... Over the past 10 years Ive lived in 5 states and traveled frequently... I am a Best Buy Premier Silver Rewards Member... I have visited at least 100 Best Buys from Hato Rey, Puerto Rico to Redding, CA... That being said this Tampa, FL location is the worst... and I have the pleasure of currently living only a few miles from it. #1 I started small, trying to purchase a couple of DVDs - unless you want a new release dont bother, they stock next to nothing. I buy off the internet now. #2 I wanted to purchase an LCD flat screen (I already had 2 plasmas in my home and knew exactly which LCD I wanted) but the sales associate wouldnt sell it. He lectured me on why LCDs are terrible and why I should stick with plasma. Sale lost. #3 Just go in, walk around, and see for yourself. They have a few different greeter/front door security guys... all but one (the one I see the least of course) are unfriendly jerks. The floor associates stand in the middle of the aisles and expect you to walk around them. They also seem to know exactly where to stand so the cameras dont catch them with their cell phones glued to their ears. Good luck finding anyone who has any clue what theyre talking about. I have been a loyal BB customer for years (like I said before... premier silver RZ member)... but this store has turned me off of BB. It forced me to find alternatives and I have to admit I am quite happy with what Ive found. There was a time I thought Id never say this, but I could care less if I ever walk into BB again.

This used to be one of my favorite places to come to look at the latest tech and the layout was well thought out and visual appealing. As of lately, the store looks very sporadic with items that look out of place. When you see printers on the opposite side of where they used to be and some still close where they originally were. The checkout lanes feel like i am at Marshalls (No offense) but having one lane to check out on busy days seems like people can be impatent...especially if you have one or two items. I know they will improvise by adding more cashiers when they evaluate the people waiting in line. The pick up line, I feel, is too close to the in store checkout lane. They could have spread them out a little further just in case the online orders have issues with items they are picking up or if they cannot locate items ready to be picked up. I know that would change my morale if I was waiting in line for a while and see a customer folding their arms in tapping their feet and looking at the customer who is net to them and telling him how they didnt have their item ready. I can also see people pausing for a moment to see what maze entrance to enter...the checkout line or the online pickup orders!

David is our favorite geek in this branch. This is our favorite Best Buy branch. They usually have all the items that we need. They usually have the stocks when other branches dont. If youre into photography they have better selection for lenses here and they have very knowledgeable staff that are uber helpful. David is the one that we always look for help. Hes not a pushy salesman. Most of them arent. But hes usually the one that will be pf great help. He has helped us picked out my new cam, flash and lenses on different occasions. He is usually there and ready to help u. :) the finance plans are also amazing!! If u qualify u can get zero interest for 24 months! And no im not a bestbuy employee. Just a really happy customer. :) we sometimes go to the citrus park branch but we get disappointed with the limited availability for the things that we are looking to buy. Thats why we always go to this store even though its farther. But we know we wont get disappointed. If u cant find it at this branch then u wont find it anywhere else. They will tell u too if its available in other branches. But normally they have it in stock in this branch. It saves u more time and several trips to other branches ;)
