Horrible customer service, after 2 defective merchandise purchases in the same day! I bought a RCA surround sound system ($148) took it home and hooked the whole system up only to find the dvd tray malfunctioned. Frustrating of course but no big deal, crap happens. I took it back, they refunded me and I bought a slightly better Phillips ($168) surround sound system. When i opened the second system it looked as though it had already been returned once. there was no plastic covers on any of the equipment, the cords were everywhere and all tangled up, fingerprints all over it. But I decided to hook it up and test it without running all the cords this time. The center speaker didnt work. so I reboxed it (just like it was when I unboxed it) and took it back again. I got the same lady at the "customer service" counter for the second return. she remembered me but of course this time I was pretty annoyed. told her the problems and she said "you have bad luck" gave me a refund and sent me on my way. There was no help finding a similar item (the store is small and I had already tried the only models in that price range), not so much as a sorry for wasting half your day. Just a better luck next time. So I called the manager and told him the story. He says, "Sorry theres nothing I can do." Well isnt that the truth. Horrible.

First of all If I could put zero stars I would. Every time my children and I come into this store the under cover security which is not that under cover follows my children and I all the time. NOT ANYMORE!!!!!! Im sick of my children getting accused of stealing. I have told your security officer several times that others were stealing but no what did they do they followed us to check out and watched us pay for our $500 dollars worth of groceries. Dumb asses while you were watching us a guy ran out with 2 of your 32 inch tvs. Walmart in Tarpon Springs SUCKS. On top of that they are extremely PREJUDICE!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU HAVE LOST ALL OF OUR BUSINESS AND MY FAMILIES. PUBLIX HERE WE COME!!!!

I avoid this place like the plague! I cant even tell you how many times I have told their manager there are needles all over in the parking lot. I was walking with my 3yo son anything could of happened. Ive seen people shooting up in the parking lot and the bathroom. Ive also seen people who are very obviously addicts, tracks all up down there arms and practically falling asleep standing there. Asking the pharmacy for needles and they give them to them. Like really wow! While waiting in line to pick up my sons prescription I overheard a guy making a drug deal right there at the pharmacy counter. Last time I ever went there last I ever will. Zero stars!!!

Cashier at self check out on Sunday August 6th mid afternoon, named SUSAN. decided she was going to move my cart when I turned my back to scan an item, so SHE could grab my items from under neath my cart. Pulling my cart away from me WITH BOTH OF MY CHILDREN IN IT. Completely not acceptable!!!! If that is how your employees are going to act good luck.... Get rid of her, that was completely unsafe for not just my kids, but her as well. Because I was about to punch her, before seeing it was a Walmart staff.

Employees are always friendly and smiling but, Walmart Corporate is evidently not looking at their actual sales numbers on healthy items in their stores. They stopped selling one of the best Stevia based water flavors that they could not keep on the shelves which may have been giving them false sales numbers. Now, they also have GV Gluten Free breads but their price point is way out of balance. They are about $2.50 more than they should be so now they will stop selling them because of no sales.

I am disabled so was using a disability cart to take my groceries to car. When a walmart greeter older gentleman screamed at me to get off cart and made me cart my groceries across parking lot. The man literally embarrassed me because of my being unable to carry.my own grocery I grabbed my groceries and this very old gr=term got on my cart left me to walk with a cane and get to my car. My husband called complain but manager was just as tude. So o will never go in that walmart again.

Not generally a big fan of Walmart but the prices are aggressive and usually get me through the door. Selection is pretty good. I generally hold off on meats until I goto Publix or a meat market. Everything else is just great. Site-to-store works pretty nice. Something about the parking lot structure at their location is just finicky. Had a bad flow that makes it hard to maneuver cars. But anyway nice store for most stuff.

I shop regularly at the Tarpon Springs Supercenter mainly because I feel I am getting a better value for my buck. The store is always clean and well managed. I would recommend anyone wanting to get the same quality for less money than Publix shop here. I will continue to shop here for all my groceries whenever I can.

The bakery department manager here is a super nice guy. I still dont understand why they hide the fact that all the bread that is Walmart brand is baked in house. They also bake the stuff for the desserts. Some locations show the bakery, this location has it hidden. At least let this guy manage a bigger bakery.

I really like that they have fabric and sewing notions. The employees have been helpful in this store. My child had a fit in the checkout line and the checker tried to help and that means a lot. The store is small with no garden department and the location of the paper goods is a bit hard to find.

This the worst experience Ive ever had at any Walmart Ive gone to in the country! I travel for work so Ive been in many different locations. Ive only gone 2 times as I just moved to this area. It has been horrible both times! The staff and the customers are rude, inconsiderate and very unhelpful!

This is a small WalMart that carries both food and household items but a small variety of all goods. The lines were all very short and the wait time at check out was minimal. I would go back to this WalMart for every day items but dont expect this store to carry everything like a regular store.

Its a small store, not a lot of garden selection, but they do sell fabric and they stock the dollar a yard bolts. Dissappointed because i did notice lots of rips in cardboard box products, food, haircare, etc. Store pride could be better, could be cleaner.

Ive never been so grossed out by a Walmart in my life. The place was filthy and unorganized. The cashiers are rude and look like they havent taken a shower in months. I will gladly spend the few extra bucks at Publix.

This store is horrible! I was in earlier today I had to stand in line for about 15 minutes. All of the associates are very rude and never want to help you locate an item. I will never be going back to Walmart!
