would give no stars if possible, I went in and got me and my wife a TV, we discussed a low down payment and he told us he would work a deal, So we get all the way through the process and noone ever mentioned a payment to us not once, so we get home and turns out the remote they gave us was the wrong remote, we called this morning and he said he was sorry about the remote issue and to come in and they will swap it out and then mentions how we left the store with the TV without paying, we were very confused because again noone once mentioned the money at the store, THEY screwed up and my wife was treated very poorly on the phone, accusing us of trying to scam them by leaving without paying, saying it looked suspicious and what not, HOWEVER we CALLED THEM about the remote, if WE were trying to scam them why in the hell would we call them!? anyhow aside from that the place seemed rather shady in the first place as we were waiting for them to finish up with us i over heard the manager talking and using foul language with a customer discussing something about a police raid and drugs or something, so off the bat had a bad impression over that, and then this!? you have got to be kidding me and the level of rudeness to my wife on the phone was a bit over the top with accusing us of trying to scam them!? this place is bullshit and i would not go back for a damn thing!

save your money for 3 4 months buy it out right its hard but you can do it make sure if you credit score is low try to make it 6 months and make monthly payment to pay cash in that 6. new update , I was low on my disability payments because Ithey took some out because I make too much the past 6 months or so I wont get so much this month Ill call the store and ask if I could have a deferment of this month and they said no they needed $50 Ive been doing business with these crooks for a while this is how they treat me I do have for with arrons Ill call them up and ask them for the same thing without questions they said absolutely that I have been a great loyal customers to them so if you decide to go rent king go to arrons the other lady wow posted by one star has it right I put out one thing and I got a call from Jared who ask me to take it down I did it as friendship but not getting me a deferment after Ive already paid for two things dont have mounth with same as cash and what you said I didnt so I had to come and saforsay uyerr beware y what I had to say buyer beware months just a little advice

I give em all Stars we have been with them for 7 years now They are good pple who have always worked with us if ever late and we called we never once got late fees always going above and beyond for me and my family we have gotten livingroom sets bed room sets tv stereo deep freezer you name it weve pretty much got it there. Jared is amazing and so is his crew I have saw a few bad reviews on here and I must say running a business you always have your ups and downs theres always going to be someone not in favor of you. But I highly recommend them they are great pple and will work with you there goal is to keep you as a customer and you keep the stuff you get trust me they dont want you to be unhappy.

,The store in New port richey has been nothing but awesome to us . we have been going there for several years and Mike and. Jared have always helped us they are awesome people and they do an excellent jod. I will continue to take my business to this store. THEY PUT ALL THE OTHER RENTAL STORSÊ TO SHAME ESPECIALLY RENTACENTER. AND. AARONS , I have absolutely nothing bad to say about RENT KING. IF youre going to rent to own this is the place to go.

Terrible got a bed through them after a couple months bed is completely shot no support cant even sleep on it been getting the run around for 3 weeks and still counting told them to come pick up the bed they dont even care enough to get the bed back so ots gonna go in the trash soon if they dont pick it up 100%guarantee warrenty my ass.

What a great place to do business with. The staff there are very helpful. I have been dealing with Justin and Natasha and they are wonderful. I have never had any issues at all. They are willing to help in any way to get what you need. I highly recommend them to anyone.

Always courteoys.. Very helpful, they go out if their way to make delivery of anything. We have used them for appliances, entertainment. Understanding when break same as cash try to make you smile with awesome payment arrangement. Love everyone at 54 store!!

Great new staff with great deals, bought a lot from this rent king in the past but I hadnt dealt with them in a year or so. New staff way better, Dan resolved some issues I had with old staff in the past that saved me $100s! Great store to deal with!

Dont buy anything thinking your warranty will cover it. I got the run around forever before they just stopped responding, once its paid off they could care less even if its still under warranty
