I dont know what the last person is referring to. With my repairs or used equipment purchases, the Zone Red staff is always pleasant and easy to deal with, even when they are slammed with work.My family and I have been going to Zone Red for years. Patrick is very knowledgeable and very fair and his prices reflect that. Unless its virus removal (and those prices are prominently displayed), I always get a phone call with the estimate for repairs before any work is done and Im always pleased with the results. I dont know what else a customer could ask for.

Old overpriced computers and rude people that work there. I would recommend going elsewhere if you dont want to be treated like dirt. He was all nice when I brought in my computer for repair, but didnt want to hear anything about overcharging me for a simple repair. I have heard the same story from others since then and wish I knew it before I went in there!

I found Patrick to be extremely helpful and efficient when I walked in with my laptop which had just stopped working. He found the issue right away and it didnt cost me an arm and a leg! I would highly recommend you check this out as an option for ANY computer problems! And guess what.......no long waits in line! Love that!

Anyone one who gives a bad review but wont put their name with it, has no credibility anyway! Zone Red is great. Many people dont realize youre not just paying the cost to repair your device, but youre also contributing to the cost to do business, which is enormous these days.
