Use a different location. Traded some of my sons games in and was told, rudely, that they couldnt trade it without an up to date, current ID.......my DL doesnt expire until 2017 so he had to correctly enter it I guess. His attitude about it was the real issue. My older son was also exchanging a pre-owned game he bought at the Mall store that didnt work and was given a hard time about that even with the receipt. Use any other location or dont see the new guy at this location.

They are rude and their prices are not cooperative. In a world where their is so many choices to puchase products like games having a bad attitude just does not help.
