I purchased an asus tf700 tablet from this store because I wanted the best tablet on the market. It was horrible! I took it back and talked with Seth, the manager. He was really cool and swapped it out for the same thing because I figured it must have been a dud tablet. The second one was just as slow as the first, would crash all the time, would not charge correctly, and the audio would stutter over a blue tooth connection. After a month I couldnt take it anymore. I brought it back and talked to Stu in Geek Squad. Even though I was past my exchange period, Stu took care of me. He recommended the new Galaxy Note 10.1 inch tablet and allowed me to exchange my Asus for the galaxy. It runs exactly how I wanted my new tablet to work. Its butter smooth and beautiful! The Internet is great for buying a lot of things but if youre putting a lot of money into something Best Buy is a great place to go. If you have any issues with what you buy these guys will take care of you. My confidence in Asus could be lower but my confidence in Best Buy couldnt be higher! I highly recommend the Heath, Ohio store! Thanks Seth and Stu!

I came to the store with a problem regarding my iPhone 5c. It was set into Recovery Mode as the result of a corrupted update. I had to reset it to factory settings but did not have a friends computer nearby or within drive-able distance. The customer service representative that adhered to my concern was very knowledgeable and the process was complete within a half hour. I feel that he really understood where I was coming from and was very prompt and swift at restoring my phone. Even though this is a simple process, I was more than impressed with the service there. I had also bought a Surface Pro 3, the keyboard for it and got a 128 GB flash drive for $30.00 (it was on-sale), and this was definitely a bargain. I would recommend this Best Buy location to anyone and everyone with technological problems or potential purchases. I felt amazing when I left the store!!

I Went to this location to return $1800 worth of product and the staff tried to talk me into leaving there store and going back to the original purchased store, because "it would kill there sales". The original store was another 30 minutes away as I had already driven 30 to this store. I then mentioned I was going to spend about $800-$900 at there store after the return. They proceeded with the return but then were on top of me while I was shopping for a different computer. The employees had bad attitudes towards me and my questions on the products. Will not be returning to this location as I do shop at Best Buy quite often, this is the worst service at a store I have received.

I have been dealing with Best Buy from PA to Texas and now in Ohio. I started out going to the Reynoldsburg, OH store, but I will not be going back there again. If you stand long enough, they believe you are a statue and ignore you. I started to go the the Best Buy in Heath, OH. WHAT A SHOCK! The staff at this store are friendly, attentive and just great to deal with. So, if you want to shop at Best Buy, my suggestion is take a little time and drive to the Heath store. You will not regret it.

Paid $80.00 dollars to have files transferred from an old computer to the new one that I bought there, when I got home the computer wouldnt work. Had to call HP and pay $100.00 to have the computer fixed. Asked best buy for a refund was told I was a liar. Will never recommend best buy or shop there again.

Other than the kind and detailed help given to me by the customer service lady "Addi", I must say that this has been the worst retail experience I can remember. Best Buy needs to improve their responsiveness or they will continue to lose marketshare to well organized ventures such as Amazon.

Horrible. Tryed to return a Note 7 case and they refused to take it back cause i had opened the package. So thats $35 im out since the phone was recalled. Will nevee shop here again and will tell everyone i know to go else wear. Worst. Experience. Ever.

My personal favorite Best Buy, I go there often just to look around at things. Employees are always willing to help with their costumers and do it sincerely, as opposed to pouncing on costumers and nagging them when they dont need help.
