This happened about 1 and 1/2 yrs ago. A cop stopped me in this Walamrts parking lot as I was entering the store. He said a loss prevention associate saw me hit another car, back out of the parking space, then move to another space, several spaces away. This never happened and I told him so. He brought me down to the damaged car which had a large horizonal gash running from driver door for 3 ft. Gash was about 9 to 10 " from the ground. Then we went back to my car, where he pointed out various marks on my 10 yr old Grand Marquis which were supposed to prove I was at fault, but none of the marks measured up to where my car would have supposedly damaged her car. He took my license and went in the store to look at the video. After waiting over 40 min., he came back and told me I was free to go, that the tape shown I was not at fault. Conclusion: either this was a scam by the owner of the damaged car who put a Walmart employee (or policeman) up to try to get restitution for damage that didnt happen that day. OR, the Walmart cart guy did the damage and didnt want to risk getting into trouble OR the policeman thought hed sweat someone in the hopes of finding the perp, even if it meant cooking up a story. On Monday, I spoke to the store mgr about what happened, and to this day I dont who told the lie, I only know that I dont trust Walmart, and I dont trust the cops, but this Walmarts parking lot is noted for beggars, homeless, and various others who try to hit customers up for money. And that can be irritating and sometimes scarey, especially at night.

They are always out of several regular items on my list, due to poor reordering policy. Thats not the stores fault, its corporate. However, with only a small fraction of the security cameras actually being REAL, when the local bored teenagers come to play in the store and steal cel phones, and nothing is done to stop it, it makes for very bad business. Being the closest Walmart, it would be nice to be able to use it. HOWEVER, I will NOT be back, it just isnt safe. Keep your valuables very secure, and watch for the stupid little boys who go there to bother, assault, and steal from this stores customers. Shame on bad parents, these boys are useless wastes of flesh! Also, the Port Richey "police department" is impotent. Unless you want to buy some marijuana... a friends 14 year old daughter proved it to me, because I didnt believe her. Port Richey is like, one square mile, why do they need a "police department"? Let PascoSO or NEW Port Richey police take over, or stop hiring failed mall cops who are nicer to the criminals than they are to the victims...

WOW! I forgot how obvious it is that the Walmart company hires and (barely) pays the least intelligent people in any given Area. Today, I asked FOUR different employees(one at the customer service counter, one at the consultation counter in the pharmacy, one manager in front, and of the other one pharmacy employees) for assistance finding a product that is listed on the Walmart website. Each shrugged their shoulders or stared at me like I was an alien. Just WOW. WALMART CORPORATE: You lost a $35 or higher sale today, for not providing your employees a way to look up or search inventory to find a product in store. If your employees can do this, they need to be trained and assisted. I should have gone to PUBLIX to begin with...they can search for a product, and PUBLIX will order stuff for you if they dont carry it. Im Publix spoiled!

Always got whatcha need! They have lost the knowledgeable people in the places you need them most! Electronics, and other places throughout the store. Seems to be only 3 main groups of employees now. Managers, cashiers, and/or stocking! Because they have been losing touch of what the costumers need in service, and more about the mighty dollar I have to give 3 Stars because the stores are always clean, efficient placing of products, the price, layaway/returns and cool employees! Give maybe an incentive bonus for certain employees to study up on some brand name higher end electronics, so they can help up sell costumers who want more than just saving a buck! Add a simple car stereo install, and accessories would be cool too!

The pharmacy here sucks this is the second time they have screwed up my meds I have to have my inhaler I called it in on the jan 22-2016 and they told me they wouldnt be able to have it done but it will be done tomorrow and they would call like they usually do and here on Jan 23 2016 nothing and now I am out of my inhaler I have bad asthma attacks and depend on my meds and now Im out I went down to the store and the store manager laughed at me and said there nothing they can do that he couldnt even call the pharmacists to find out what happen all he did was laugh at me this store has lost my business if Im even alive or not in the hospital I will never use this store again

Just like every other Walmart,good and bad.Never enough cashiers. Parked my car in the handicapped space right next to the door. When I came out someone had stole 2 of my $5 hub caps that were 2 years old,and looked like crap! Really? And they stole the ones from the side that was facing the door! It was about 6 in the morning. Went back inside and told the manager. I had to laugh because it was such a stupid thing! Went to automotive and paid $20 for 4 more. They need some security in the parking lot.Oh yeah,one more thing...Walmart should have a "frequent camper program" for everyone who lives in there parking lots! lol

I just want to say that this location is by far the worst Ive gone to! Kathy and Kay should be extremely embarrassed to call themselves managers for this establishment. I had a full shopping cart tonight and found myself waiting in line for over 20 minutes with my newborn and toddler. There was one checkout available for the entire store with an incompetent cashier. Apparently she needed something approved or voided by a manager to continue a customers transaction; no one to be found to assist out of the 40+ employees working tonight!! Get your hands out of your asses and actually do your jobs for once!

The employees seem to hate their jobs. No smiles on their faces. The employees huddle in corners, not working, making it a self service store. The customers look like they just got out of prison. Weirdos everywhere. The building is too commercial, not welcoming. Not enough cashiers, long lines, long wait. Dirty and messy. Going to the pharmacy is always an experience. Its hard to find a shopping cart that is not broken. You have to "pray" to get in and out of the store without getting assaulted or robbed. Traffic issues entering and leaving the parking lot. Its an experience.

Every time i go here i get approached by homeless people for money. They allow them to hang out in the entrance area and drink in the parking lot. The managers are awful. If you have a return they argue and doubt you like you stole it. They have a very difficult time accepting coupons..again they act like your commiting a crime if you use them. Overall a horrible experience every time i have to go here. And the 2 registers open during the busiest time of the day it takes 40 minutes to check out with a chicken.
