Terrible service. I have a brand new front load samsung washing machine that was taking six hours to do a load of towels. The repairman shows up with parts without running a diagnostic, replaces two parts, then tells us its fixed (after telling us there is nothing wrong with the washer, my wife is just using too much soap.) As soon as he leaves, my wife runs another load and has the same problem. We called the company to come back, and he tells us there is nothing else he can do, it cant be fixed, and to call Samsung. We call Samsung and they tell us there is nothing they can do because the service man said there is nothing wrong with the washer. We tell them to send another company, and we had to wait a week before the other company could come out. For the whole week, the washer was taking hours to do any load. The other company comes out, first thing he does is hook up his computer and he gets two error codes. He orders two parts, comes back in three days to replace the parts and the washer works fantastic now. If Electronic Service Specialists would have bothered to run a diagnostic, they would have seen there was a problem. They are not repairmen, just parts replacers

I had a warranty service call scheduled by the store where I purchased my TV. The window period was 8am - 12pm. When the day arrived I called ESS @ 11am to ensure I was on the schedule. I was told that they had "planned" to call me (remember this was 3 hours into the appointment) to advise me they would not be in my area for another week and a half and that my TV could have any one of 4 possible main boards so they would have to "pull" the TV and see which one I had, and then order it, which would take additional time. He then proceeded to brag about their 40 years in business. I am NOT impressed by their 40 years nor their lack of consideration of NOT calling me in advance to advise me of issues with keeping my appointment.

I brought in my old 10 year old 32” Sony CRT, rolling picture issue, to them and they pretty much told me all my options. I then decided I’d be better off getting a new set. The guy at the back rambled on about all the TV types out there so I felt the trip wasn’t a complete waste of my time. He also gave me some quick pointers on the repair biz. Like always check your manufacturer before bringing in a set to repair. There is a $75 diagnoses fee for non warranty items at their shop. I later went to their website to get more info on how they operate and would recommend anyone thinking about getting something repaired to check it out.

After spending some money trying to fix a TV, I had a part I could not identify. The Old guy in the front was helpful and said to come in at 7:30am and have one of the Techs look at it to tell me what it was. They was no help at all and did not even want to look at it. Then a guy that appeared to be in charge came back and said he needed a schematic to identify it. I know that was BS cause the part number was written on it. I got the feeling unless you are gonna pay them $75 an hour they feel they are to good to even talk to you. Not recommended by me to anyone...

Warranty repair scheduled through Lowes. Lowes told me ESS would be at my house btw 8-12. ESS called the morning of and said they would be there from 12-2. ESS says they schedule their routes the day of and that Lowes tells everyone they will be there from 8-12. Lowes warranty dept says they were given the 8-12 time by ESS. Someone is not telling the truth. I also think its ridiculous that this company cant schedule their repairs until the morning of.

I brought my 2005 32 inch phillips TV in on Dec. 29th and after FOUR MONTHS and numerous phone calls I was told the TV wasnt fixable...I was charged a 50 dollar "diagnostic fee" and given zero consideration.

They fixed my TV power supply but they charged me $102 for a $50 part plus $125 labor. Id look at somewhere else if youd like a fair price.
