Ive usually had nothing but good experiences at this GameStop location, but after my last visit I will probably just buy my games online or from another retailer. I preordered the Crash Bandicoot trilogy for PS4, and when calling ahead I was told if I came the night before after 9PM I could get my copy early. So I show up to the store after 9. I was unfamiliar as to where to go to pick up my game, so I attempted to ask one of the employees. I barely got out the first syllable of "excuse me" when the employee cut me off and barked in a raised voice "back of the line!". Instead of making a scene I simply went to the back of the line, where I waited patiently. After reaching the front of the line another employee told me that they hadnt yet begun releasing the game, but to wait around until they did. I finally got my game, but after the rudeness that I encountered I will never return to that location. With the threats of closures that are facing GameStop locations, I would think they would try to keep customers and not drive them away.

Everyone there is decent but one. The overweight manager has interjected in private conversations to argue, complains about customers to other customers, has made a racist comment right in front of me and my gf, and to top it off every customer looking for a ps4 is told a bunch of lies about how the are holding them back because of all the defects and overheating. Thats why they dont have any is the excuse she gives them , goes on to try and sell them a xbox one because they have no issues(which is a huge lie) The large short haired blonde manager is the worst person to deal with. First off ps4 has sold a ton with alot less issues then xbox and they dont have any because they literally fly off the shelf. I will not be using this store anymore after almost 6 years if not more. Sent a complaint to corporate as well.

Ive been going here for several years and this store used to be TERRIBLE.. I gave them a one star rating a couple of years ago.. But theyre great now.. Everyone on their staff is actually pretty darn cool and not complete snobs like they were in the past.. Very friendly people and very helpful.. I did notice however that Gamestop employees will no longer tell you "the truth" about any particular game.. I guess the people that sit at the Gamestop Round table have determined that its not good for sales.. So, dont expect an honest answer about the quality of any particular game.. Those days when a Gamestop employee would tell you that a game was trash are long gone.. That has nothing to do with this particular store though and this store is great :)

20% credit if you trade towards NBA 2k, call the store she confirmed it yeah yeah come on in and I get there long line, which was surprising cause you would think Amazon would of put them out of business by now, that was the only reason I was there cause Amazon failed but they had the nerve to tell me they will give me 20% extra for my trade ins towards 2k not 20% off 2k. Which came to literally giving me .75 cents for a game they would give me a dollar and the other they would give me 3 dollars like is this place serious?!?!?! what idiot is trading their games in to this place?!?!?! stop shopping at gamestop people they are pathetic I havent been there in years and today I was reminded why

Was trying to buy a copy of Wildstar, and the gamestop website said they had it in stock. I submitted a request to reserve the game, which the store conformed via email. They stated it was ready to pick up. I proceeded to drive 35 minutes to the store, and when I arrived they stated another customer had reserved all 5 copies they had and they could not sell me the copy they confirmed would be waiting for me. Astounding. If this is the kind of treatment you offer your customers in an ever increasing electronic distribution model of video game sales, then I will enjoy hearing the news that your company has gone bankrupt. had called before me and reserved

rude and ignorant,vary dishonest bunch of assholes over charged us refused to make it right,and behaved vary disrespectfully. I wouldnt even give them one star but I could give review without giving one. I spend a fortune there,no more. M@m is our game store from now on. Im sorry I didnt support local business, and I paid for it,in cash. I had my kid with me,I had to do the adult thing and walked away,lucky for the skinny little nerd behind the counter, because law wouldnt have been enough to stop the beating that little basterd would have got. I find it disgusting that someone would hire someone like that.

Gamestop store in largo wonderful time guy by the name of david, hispanic male young was great help my kids and myself so that we could get the better deal I will always go there as long as hes there very honest and helpful I cant thank gamestop enough for having someone so helpful and fast and was able to answer 101 questions thank you david with the two earrings in his ear you are great I hope your bosses know how much you do for them .

I just moved here and this is not the gamestop experience im used to. hate coming here they are all so unprofessional or maybe Im really unlucky every time I come in. Had such a horrible experience with one of the employees they just dont give a shlt. Im honestly never coming back just buy your games from the flea market from now on.

Pain in the butt to get anything Im after. Nvidia shield tv. Nope. How about ps4 version of f1 2015? No. Ok project cars? No. Ok how about the advertised xbox one for a bundle?? No. But hey sir how about thisbrewards program!!! We have that!! Please just give us money and we will continue to stick nothing!

I dont know if BOTH girls working were new but they werent helpful at all. They didnt know their own sales. They said they couldnt fix a price because it was coming up a different price then what it said on the box. Then i didnt even get the game i wanted. It seemed like they needed help.

I use to hate going to this store, I stopped cuz I needed something that was only their and when I walked in it just looked renewed. Found out theyre under new management and it shows, the assistant manager (jason) was excellent in customer service. I wont go anywhere else anymore

This store double reserves items and refuses sale even when presented with their own confirmation email. It also smells like a strange combination of vomit, garbage and BO. Absolutely disgusting; both physically and in regard to their service.

Zakary was very helpful, I bought a new charger for my PS4 and he helped me pick one out, when I checked that it was the wrong one and came back he helped me find the right one. I will definitely be coming back.

Nice and friendly staff, only bad thing about this particular gamestop is if they are selling a popular item ,youll most likely not find it there. Otherwise plenty of new and used stuff.
