Took my phone in for repair with SquareTrade for a Samsung S7 Edge. Paid up front for repair. Took a week to get the part and no call. The phone was fully functional just cracked glass. Although they claimed they had to replace both the glass and the digitizer. Finally called them to be advised the part was in. Took the phone in for repair was told 2 hours. It took 4 hours with no call and I had to keep checking back from another phone. I get the phone back, the home button is sticking and the back button not lighting up right. Left a message requesting call back. No call back. Called again and was told that the home button and lights will sometimes reseat after use not to worry about it. Two days later, picked the phone up after charging and the screen cracked from the home button and ran a horizontal line across the screen from that crack. I take it back, show them, and they dont have the part (must order). Since it was still working, I took it with me out of town. Came back and by this point it had more damage since it was already weakened. They replaced it, but did even more damage. After receiving the phone back, it now has a crumpled microphone near the ear, does not charge from the charging port, the home button wobbles back and forth, and it overheats while charging. Was told I have to file another claim and pay a new deductible for their work because they ate $300 on the part that they replaced as a result of their faulty repair. If a shop doesnt fix something right, and provides a lifetime warranty, thats exactly what they should do. Do not use! I now have to pay another deductible (after paying them cash) to get my phone replaced directly through SquareTrade

I have had to use this shop twice, and there will not be a third. Originally I broke my iPhone and needed to have the glass replaced (no biggie). Prices were comparable to other shops and they were close so I decided I was going to use them. I got my phone back as expected and for the price quoted which was nice. However within a week the glass was cracking and chipping in the left hand corner. Now I assumed I was either unfortunate or just to rough on my phone. So I had them replace the glass once more not thinking it was any kind of mistake on their part. The same thing started happening within 2 weeks even with me being careful. As if they are buying the cheapest aftermarket parts they can get their hands on and using them while still charging customers as if they are getting quality material. In fact I know that they are using cheap glass because your phone will occasionally act as if its hitting buttons itself. Dont be dissapointed, save yourself the trouble & drive a little further to another location.

Cannot say enough wonderful things about this company and John the manager helping me. My Samsung galaxy 4 fried over the Memorial Day holiday, I didnt have any information backed up, nor on my cloud ...they thought all my photos contacts, etc were lost! He was relentless in trying to recover my precious photos and amazingly, did recover about 85% of it and at a very reasonable price. He also wrote a detailed bench description resulting in Square Trade reimbursing me 100% for my 1.5 yr old phone! I spent sometime in the shop waiting and he was informative, respectful to each and every client he encountered....businesses need more employees like John at CPR

I came here a week and a half ago to get my cracked screen fixed. (That was tbe o my issue with my iphone) I paid 120$. When I came to get it I noticed that I still had a peice of glass in the front camera lense. The next day I go to get on my phone and the screen was black. My phone was on but it wasnt lighting up. I go back in and they tell me they cant do anything about it and wouldnt give me a refund. I also had another friend w That had the same issue with the same store. All and all they suck.

This was my first time using CPR Cell Phone Repair and I could not have been any happier. They fixed my completely cracked IPhone screen for much less than what T-Mobile said my copay would be (even though I am paying for insurance for stuff like this.) It only took them about an hour, I dropped my phone off then picked it up. I was not pressured to buy any phone cases or anything even though I totally destroyed my phone. It was painless, easy, and a good price. Thank you CPR Cell Phone Repair!!

Ive used these guys in the past to replace cracked screens but wasnt sure if they worked on laptops. I spoke to Lee, the laptop expert. He was polite and helpful and gave me an up front estimate for what he thought might be needed. He also said it might be better just to replace the laptop. I decided not to invest in repairs so I was not charged for this visit. Everyone I talk to here is polite and professional. I highly recommend them.

I recently had an incident where the camera lens of my Samsung Galaxy S7 got damaged and I was referred to the CPR store. Andy was able to repair it in less than an hour, for a very reasonable price, and it was fixed just like new! I cannot say enough great things about the customer service from Andy. I will recommend this place to everyone thanks to his help! This place really does a great job for a great price! Thank you Andy!!

A little pricey, but an AMAZING job by the technician I shattered the screen on my phone. I mean it was BAD. Not only is my phone as good as new, it now seems to be a little more functional than before. The repair technician, Daniel, took care of every aspect of my Nexus. Look no further than CPR to add some life to your device. Ask for Daniel; you wont be disappointed.

My daughter accidently dropped her iPhone 4s into some water and really messed it up. The professionals at CPR Largo did a phenomenal job of bringing it back to life and making it better than new! She needed a new LCD screen, power port and speaker. Ridiculously fast service and absolutely amazing prices! If you need your cell phone repaired, CPR Largo is the place to go!

Best trained Technicians in the area. prices are a little higher then the mom and pop shops around time but you are going to the best place possible to fix your devices. Lifetime warranties on apple products, and a 6 month warranty at over 250 stores. They are the only place i will ever go to fix any of my electronics.

This is the second time I have used CPRs service and just like the first time they were fast, efficient, and friendly. The screen on my phone was fixed in about an hour and their prices are affordable and fair. They were straight up about the process and pricing. I highly recommend them.

Same day screen repairs. However, approximately a week after the screen was installed the adhesive began to unbind in the upper right hand corner causing separation and eventually cracking. Conveniently cracking voids the warranty even if its because of workmanship.
