I went in this store to buy a special audio cable. After long explanation, the attendant had no clue what I wanted. Finally sold me something else with an attitude . Needless to say I returned the item because it was not the correct cable for my purpose. The return process was fine., however I would rather find a knowledgeable electronics audio video saleperson than do returns. I would not return there for electronics. Good place to buy a phone or Apple item though.
