Hello Folks. This evening I made a serious error in deleting all of my phone contacts from my Samsung Galaxy 5 note (I thought I was deleting my recent calls). I called TCC Sunbury for advice on how to recover this lost data. The technician who answered the phone said In this instance I would have to go to the " Cloud " and download all my data from my phone. Even though the data was deleted, and I had never been to the Cloud, he knew that a full data dump would pull ALL data from my phone, whether deleted or not. Performing a reload from the Cloud, I was able to retrieve all the data I thought I had erased. The Technicians expertise saved me a tremendous amount of time, and saved me the lost resources I would never have been able to retrieve. From now on, TCC Sunbury will be my one stop Cell shop. You must shop with caution. You must read word for word everything that you sign. This store does not back its employees. If an employee makes a mistake, it is the fault of the customer. They are very sneaky with bait and switch. The wait times for service to be waited on is on average an hour, so plan your shopping time wisely. This store is not a corporate store. Be sure to do business with a Verizon corporate store only so if you do have a concern, you would be taken care of. This store cares about itself, not the customer.

I visited the Sunbury Verizon store to have my sons phone activated for the 1st time, to upgrade mine, and price tablets. I had been speaking with the store manager, Chris, a few days prior to visiting the store trying to figure out what to get, do, and when we could meet...not only did Chris stay way over his shift to help us but he was patient, knowledgeable, polite, and he still had a 1hour 10minute drive home after us leaving the store. If you visit this store ask for Chris, the manager, he was excellent!!!

I would like to praise Christine I came in today with a broken phone a password I couldnt remember and all my whole life on my old phone that wasnt working anymore and Christine was able to get my new phone up and operational and we had everything restored and help me patiently remember my old password thank you so much Verizon for restoring my life and thank you to Christine who restored my life

Chris was excellent to work with. He provided a great deal of information that was useful to me. He not only provided what I asked, but also an education on various options available to me. Chris was also open, personable, and enjoyable to talk with. He spent maybe 2-3 hours with me making sure my needs were met. An overall positive experience.

5/3/17 - lost my phone, stop Verizon Sunbury oh, spoke to Christopher A. Within minutes he had me a new phone. He was able to to restore my phone with contacts, email, photos etc. I was in and out in a short period of time. Very satisfied. Kevin Hardy
