Went shopping for a digital camera. All the display cameras had dead batteries and we couldnt try them out. Although our clerk tried to help by charging batteries, her management didnt seem to care at all and actually blamed the customers for leaving cameras on....guess they werent being helped by store clerks? Dont waste your time looking for cameras here...go next door to Ritz Camera!

Called to purchase a new phone at full price and sign up for services through this location and every question I asked the kid ( a rude young guy) huffed then put me on hold and hung up on me. Great service for grosse point! Hope management doesnt find out he blew a full price sale.

Just checked this stores hours and read the bad reviews. I have been going into this store for about 6 years and purchased items from phones to batteries and never had a bad experience.
