Make sure that you ask any question(s) more then once and write down the name of the employee you talked too. I had asked the employee helping my mom and myself, how many days would I have to return my new phone. Her answer was more than 14 days, which sounded too good to be true so I asked her at least two more times. I received the same response. Now that I working in paying off the lease quicker, I was told by the same employee that I would be eliable for an upgrade with 12 payments. Had to go to the store since the tempered screen protector cracked, come to find out that I cant upgrade until April 2018. The complete opposite of what I was told. So make sure to either write their answer down, or write down who you had talked to. Either way ask more than once before you leave the store.

SPRINT IS LUCIFER! THE WORST COMPANY EVER! I dont care what they offer, DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. My mother-in-law passed on April 14, 2016. We are in the Sprint Store now making a fourth attempt to return her phone. The run around is unbelievable and to make it worst, Sprint continues to debit the payment from her checking account which caused an over draft fee. We have spent 2 hrs just today trying resolve it and we still cant turn in the phone. That doesnt include all of the time on the phone trying to deal with this and going to two other Sprint stores previously. Craziest crap Ive ever seen in my life! The staff should be embarrassed to work for them. They are so desperate for business that the take money from people who have passed away. How morbid and sick.

Worst store ever! Had bought a new phone charger in August 2015 from them. After only a month of use it broke I called them up explained to them my issue they told me I have to go through manufacturer I told them the product is only a month old. And said only thing they will do in the store is sell me another usb charger. Bs they couldnt give a new charger or just switch one for me. So I ended up going to 13 gratiot store they were beyond amazing great customer service they literally grab me and took care of me and the charger issue. So who ever really reads this think twice before entering those doors. Even the gratiot sprint employees says that 20% of there customers goes to that one because of their bad experience with the Harper and 9 miles store.

Galaxy II would not hold a charge, went in to get early upgrade 11/1/13. Phone worked for couple months then would not hold a charge, took a charge ramdomly and battery wore down in no time. First visit told me how I was using my phone wrong. REALLY! Went back with same issues, tested my phone and battery, said it was the battery, gave me a new one. Never really resolved the issue, called Sprint and was told to go to 13 and Gratiot because this is a third party, not the corporation. Tried with a different charger, started to work then the same issues came up. Went today again, getting a new phone, it was the port AND the battery this place put in was water damaged!!! DO NOT GO THERE!!!!

Completely oblivious, under staffed location only interested in quick easy sales and fixes. I would Highly recommend taking the extra 2 minute drive to the location on Gratiot and 13mile. Where the staff is more than helpful and up to date on all mobile devices. The Gratiot and 13mile location was able to resolve my concern within 15 minutes no return visits no haggling or excuses. Where this location at 9mile and Harper said there was no fix and i should just by a new phone from them.

They are not even deserving of 1 star. We received an HBC phone that kept losing its signal, so we swapped it for Samsung within the first week. The store never updated the information with Sprint, so when we turned in the replacement Samsung phone, we were charged for the HBC phone. Sprint customer service is HORRIBLE. I have spent at least 4 hours on this issue and going on 4 months and it is still not resolved. Avoid Sprint at all costs!!!

They gave me the wrong phone and refused to fix the problem. By the way, sprint phones have awful service in the area. Between St. Clair Shores and Dearborn I have experienced many dropped calls and the inability to send a simple text. Dont waste your time with Sprint. Stick with AT&T or Verizon.

i had been calling and looking all over for a leather case for my new EVO and this was the only one in the area that had plenty of them in stock. they also let me slide on the tax on my by bill because all i had was the exact amount of the pre-tax price.
