If all you need is BASIC help or virus removal and have all the time in the world- this is your guy..This person will help when it is convenient and purports him self as a professional and an expert. My experience was not this; it was difficult to reach him, when I did he was rude as if no one has a busy schedule but him. Then, when I asked for my computer back, after he stated there was no repairs made yet, he said he lost my data and that he may be able to find it on a "back-up server" because he had to "move my data for a larger client" no kidding. I myself was busy and after a few weeks called to check on it and he said I needed to wait and see if he could find my data. Then when I questioned this, he yelled at me and argued. I had to excuse myself bc that is highly unprofessional and disturbing- after the original infraction- lost family photos of my babies, projects, essays etc.. I was told I would receive a call back but all I got was an invoice in email, with no description of steps moving forward or work done. Just a bill, to tell me what I already knew. I lost family photos, essays, work projects and have not even received a call back; I did reach him when I called and was argued with, blamed and overall treated very unprofessionally. I feel this person is very manipulative and strategic, based on my experience I would not recommend this persons service unless you are willing to take the risk of having this happen to you. He will attack me , no doubt, bc he shown his character when I questioned him initially. That is unprofessional, disrespectful and inappropriate.

I recently had the pleasure of meeting Steve of E2 Computers when my tablet needed a new screen and LCD - What a pleasurable experience! Steve is a very personable guy who will get you up and running. My tablet (MS Surface Pro 4), isnt one that many others are able, or even willing to to work on. Steve and his team got me back in business - at an out the door price way below the other guys! Cost aside, the professionalism, personal-ism, and knowledge are a valued breath of fresh air in todays "big box store" era. Will use again for sure!!

Spoke to Steve on Saturday afternoon about a hard drive failure message. Took my laptop in on Monday afternoon. Diagnostics were run and a new drive was recommended. Choice was conventional drive or for a bit more SSD drive. Time was critical to get it back as I use it for work all day long. I got a call about 6:30 Tuesday night that the cloning worked and I could pick it up (Steve stayed late to finish it) The machine is about a 1000 times faster with the boot up and runs great. Super service. Thanks Steve.

Over the years, even with anti-virus, and malware removal tools, most of my computers have only lasted three or four years. They became cluttered up and slow down to the point, that I would just go out and buy a new one. While trying to salvage one of my last computers, I ask the owner at E2 Computers if he could built me a computer that would last me a while. He said he could, and so he did. That was in in February of 2008, as of June of 2015 it is still running great!

I called a few shops with a request I wasnt expecting to have much luck with. Of the representatives I spoke with the E2 rep was by far the most knowledgeable and friendly. Its not the other guys fault - the experience and product familiarity displayed by E2 takes time to acquire. The ability to freely share that knowledge takes professionalism that I havent seen in a while. Stay 1337 guys!!
