These guys know their stuff. I have been going there for odds and ends for years. I Noticed the other day they do Cell Phone Repair! Great I thought; I happen to have a broken iPhone 4s I got from my brother. I had bought the back and screen on eBay to do it myself, but after looking on YouTube about how much trouble it is to do, I thought I would ask. About $50, with my new front and back screen parts from eBay. No problem, I said, and dropped it off. I could have had it back in about 2 hours, but I opted for the next day. Great job! They even threw in a few missing screws my brother managed to loose when he tried a botched screen repair on it a year ago for his daughter. Shes happy though, he had to get her a NEW 5s for breaking her old one for good. $$$.$$ So now I got a "Like" new iPhone 4S! Cheep! Nice job guys! Ill recommend you to all my friends..

I have been bringing friends and company computers to this company for years and always call when I have a problem. I went to visit them today about a desktop to see if they would buy it or trade it. I was told not to come back that I am a waste of time. I was treated very rude and can say that I will never do any business with them again. No matter what they think of a customer, to follow him out to his car and ask him not to come back to waste their time is rude, unfriendly, and non-professional. They say that they need to make money yet they are way overpriced and because of that some of my clients have elected to go elsewhere. They are stocked with a lot of used equipment that they try to sell at new retail prices. I would advise only to use them as a last resort and if you have plenty of money to spend.

These guys are great. In a world where Customer Service often goes by the wayside, they shine! They worked with me for hours trying to find an intermittent problem with my PC and finally resolved it. Other shops had tried to sell me a new computer - these guys fixed my old computer, saved my data and tuned it up for under $200 - way less than the new computers that everyone else was trying to sell me. Also, a lot less money than if they had charged me for every hour they worked with me on the problem. Fair, reasonable prices and a comittment to doing it right and making the customer happy earns them my business from now on.

My laptop was giving me the blue screen of death. I had it sitting around for a year thinking it would never work again when I heard about US Computers on 66th St. and saw their good reviews. So I took it in to be looked at. The guy at the counter was honest with me saying that since this was a Windows OS 7 that it was worth fixing instead of trying to sell me something else with an OS 8 (that no one likes). Two days later I got my computer back in great working condition and for a very reasonable price! Ill definitely use this company again.

I was having issues with my Lenovo laptop screen freezing so I brought it in to US Computers on 7-28-17. Spoke with Mike and he told me he would look at it and figure out the issue (s). Well exactly one week later 8-4-17 (minus Sunday) Mike called me and told me my laptop was fixed. Apparently an app that I installed on my laptop was causing the problem. Mike at US Computers did a wonderful job with my laptop and I am VERY HAPPY!!!! Thanks..............

Fast, polite, courteous service. I called several other places that had lower hourly rates but they all told me it would take 2 to 3 hours to fix my problem. These guys did it an hour. They may not sound as cheap as some of the fly-by-night guys but they get the job done fast and right. It actually cost me less than it would have at the "cheaper" place. Thanks guys!
