I really hate this Best Buy. I like what they have to offer but I hate their systems and some of their staff. The last 3 times that weve gone there, there has been an issue during check out. First with the Best Buy Rewards Card, second time with their Gamers Club, then with both this last time. The cashier kept signing us up for the Best Buy Rewards card and it kept not working and just overall being messed up in the system. The Gamers Club is suppose to be attached to the rewards card and it kept saying it wasnt at check out even though we just got our bonus for trading in games 10 minutes prior to checking out. They even looked up by phone number 3 times and it kept not working for the first cashier guy. He called someone else over who tried and magically it worked after he tried twice despite the fact the guy tried the same exact thing. Checking out should be quick for one item and yet it always takes 15 minutes or more to check us out. That doesnt even count the time we spend waiting for staff to notice that someone needs to check us out to begin with. There is one lady there that has checked us out multiple times and she is just awful every time. Shes super slow and never can do anything on her own. She ALWAYS has to call someone over. Weve seen her need to call someone else over with other customers on multiple occasions and shes done it every time with us. For registering a laptop, Gamers Club, Best Buy Rewards, Visa being charged but not providing a receipt (This was the one time I could understand her need for help) and more. It seems the staff cant do what I expect is a constant daily task. The only issue I experienced at a different best buy is that their stock online was wrong. (It said it was in stock when it wasnt so I wasted my time driving out there.) This particular Best Buy seems hopeless and overall, Best Buy needs to improve their systems for online and the stores.

Absolutely horrible customer service as usual the only difference now is I will no longer be a customer at best buy. Despite the lack of employees and/or knowledge, Ive continued to shop there as I usually find what Im looking for anytime Ive come in there. After tonight, I have no desire to give them another penny. I called at 8:00 just to find out if they had a phone in stock so I could come up there and purchase it. The customer service desk employee answered and after telling him that I was looking to see if they had a phone in stock, he transferred me to the mobile department. After waiting on hold for 10 minutes and 38 seconds and getting bounced back to the customer service desk 6 times because no one in mobile would answer, I decided to hang up because they are not worth having my business or money since they cant be bothered with taking my call. You would think after the same guy transferred the call back to mobile after being bounced back to him 6 times, he would have actually walked over to the mobile department and told them to answer the phone or better yet...went and checked the stock himself! Thanks for nothing best buy. Id rather buy on amazon from now on and wait 2 days than experience this service again!

Coming from Best Buy country, its possible that I have been spoiled with amazing customer service and product knowledge; however this store (and the Clearwater store alike) have both rude and Lack-of-product-knowledge customer service agents. My options are 30min North to this one, or 30 mins south to Clearwater, so I usually call to verify availability of products. 5 times at this store alone I have made drives up to this Best Buy AFTER calling to verify availability and been skunked. Not to mention, when I need technical support Ive stopped asking the employees there and I just call Best Buy stores In other states or hit Google. It would be one thing if the customer service again just said "Im sorry I dont know" or "Ill find out", its another when they actually argue with you about the product information. Even when you show them the manufactures specs. Usually there are bad apples everywhere, but I can say with sincerity that I believe the culture of this location and possibly district is just awful. I never thought I would write a review like this let alone dread going into a Best Buy. Sucks, especially being a shareholder. A site visit from corporate would probably do some good!

Every time I go to best buy there is another issue, or another rule they make up and dont inform their customers until its to late. But they continue to take money each month for my phone to have protection but neglect to tell me NO MORE LOANER PHONES, so they expect me to be with out a phone for 3 days, I got kids and I am in the middle of buying a house. How the hell am I suppose to be with out a phone. Maybe this should have been a policy for new customers so they know the deal off the bat and can decide to opt out then, not existing customers who they take money from already. My phone isnt the only issue i have with them, I get a lap top and pay for geek squad for a year, and they want to charge me to upload a security software they came with my computer, then WTH did I just pay a year of geek squad for. ALWAYS a loop hole with this place and god for bid you have to wait on line at geek squad or customer service, make sure your schedule is free because for a bunch of nerds they are slow as can be. OVER best buy, go to HH greg or better yet, SAMS club :)

Im reviewing Best Buy (not what i bought at the store). I was shopping for a new 65in for the bedroom so i knew if i bought it at Best Buy they would have decent pricing and i would also have 24mo financing. Searched online first and decided on a LG. When I got there they did not have one on display and im sorry but im not gonna a buy a tv without seeing it first. So i started looking around and found a 65in vizio. At this point Mac an employee comes up and explains the differences between the two and i went with the vizio. Once i made my decisions it took about 10mins top and i was driving home. So thanx Mac for making this purchase easy. Store was very clean.

Ridiculously bad customer service. Ive now spent much of 2 days trying to return a defective refrigerator purchased online. It arrived with a dent from shipping crate, Id let the dent go BUT then just 6 weeks later, it totally quit working. Ive lost track of how many phone calls now- in the end Best Buy and Insignia offer no solution but to physically return it to a store ourselves, and then maybe they might exchange it. Unbelievable. Schlepping a fridge to a store? Warranty in User Guide clearly says theyll pay shipping to return for a year. Find somewhere other than Best Buy, I certainly am through with them.

I PURELY HATE BBY! WHY? RETURN POLICY ON MERCHANDISE YOU PAID HARD EARNED CASH FOR ABSOLUTELY STINKS! A FEW YEARS AGO I BOUGHT A 5-DISC CARPENTERS AUDIO CD SET AT THE PT RICHEY STORE- BROUGHT IT HOME- BEGAN PLAYING THE CD SET- GOT TO CD #4 & A TRACK BEGAN SKIPPING! NEEDLESS TO SAY THAT BUMBED ME OUT! I WENT BACK TO BBY TO GET MY HARD EARNED MONEY BACK & INSTEAD OF REFUNDING THE MONEY I ASKED FOR I GOT STUCK WITH THEIR CARD FOR IN STORE CREDIT-WHICH I THINK STINKS! MY PIECE OF ADVICE FROM NOT JUST ME BUT ALL OF MY FRIENDS WHO HAD DEALINGS WITH A BBY STORE IS: "NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM BBY!
