I went out the other night looking for a cell phone I had located online before coming to the store. I asked the clerk (her name tag said Bre) she looked away and being texting on her phone as if she didnt hear me. Finally, I got a little more aggressive and ask her where is this phone located? She pointed at a locked cabinet and walked away and began flirting with another male employee. After standing there for a full ten minutes I asked her to unlock and show me the phone. She went back to the counter I assume to get the key and began checking someone else out. She came back finally and unlocked the phone and began toting it the register. I said "Id like to look at this phone before I purchase it." She gave me the phone back, and stood there shifting her weight back and forth and grumbling the whole time. She said "youll need a card or a plan for this phone" I said "I know that", and showed her I d already picked up a card. She made me feel quite unwelcome as a customer and was very rude. She made a remark to the male employee "Did you see how fat she is?" as I walked away. I went up front and reported her to customer service so far nothing has been done, not even an apology from the store. I tell anyone I know not to shop here at this location for the lousy customer service and the poor selection. I hope this girl did get fired or reprimanded she was rude and nasty. No I am not removing my post, infact I am lowering your score as well for asking me to remove it.

Most employees at this location r very rude,but who can blame them,Walmart pays them just enough to live frugally but not enough to live nicely, OH and ALL THE MONEY WALMART SAYS THEY INVEST IN THEIR EMPLOYEES? ITS ALL JUST BOGUS PRETTY WORDS, WHAT WALMART ACTUALLY DOES AND MEANS R AS DIFFERENT AS DAY AND NITE, WHEN THEY "INVEST" IN THERE EMPLOYEES ALL THEY ARE DOING IS ACTUALLY PAYING THEIR EMPLOYEES WHAT FEDERAL LAW COMMANDS THAT THEY ARE LEGALLY REQUIRED TO PAY THEIR EMPLOYEES,YEA WALMART CHEATS THEIR EMPLOYEES OUT OF EVEN MINIMUM WAGE,DECENT INSURANCE, , CHEATS THEM OUT OF LEGAL BREAKS AND LUNCHES YET WALMART BIG BOSSES HAVE HUNDREDS OF HOMES STANDING VACANT ALL OVER THE WORLD, THEY WASTE MONEY ON FRIVOLOUS THINGS INSTEAD OF GIVING THEIR EMPLOYEES A BETTER LIFE THRU REAL RAISES AND MUCH BETTER INSURANCE..SOME WALMART EMPLOYEES DESERVE MORE, unless they are Stooges,finks or defenders of greedy owners and board members of Walmart , Those hard working EMPLOYEES at Walmart, NO the rude ones DO NOT Deserve any better than what they have now, USELESS it makes them nicer folks permanently ....but those great people the REALLY NICE ONES.... Ive bought spray paint 4 times separately at this Walmart, and it will be the last. The first 2 times i was not asked for ID, the 3rd time i was asked for ID and they did not make a big problem of it. The 4th time i had a underage sibling with me and they needed both IDs even tho i had a adult ID they could not let me purchase it due to a underage sibling, and they dealt with the manner very poorly. It is a good shopping center poor experience.

Hillary Clinton was on the board over Walmart so you know how much of a cheap company they are. Electronics are overpriced jacked pieces of junk their is never any cashiers to check out and when you finally find one its backed up for 10 minutes because theyre the only cashiers on at the time.You understand what youre getting into when you come to Walmart. Personally I would rather go in a much smaller store.

Crappy Walmart! They dont like customers! They lick the bags when bagging your groceries! Sickos! They laugh at customers. They dont like customers they wish we would just go away! I will never shop at the hillbilly workers place again! I think they need to put everybody on a diet during the day shift! Talk about a bunch of hippos!

The Walmart in Lancaster Ohio is one of the cleanest stores Ive been in. There are helpers close by to assist you or to get some one for you, I appreciate this highly. I shop there 2 - 3 times a week. The prices are very competitive. I have save quite a bit. Im able to watch this by having the Blue Card.

This is a pretty standard Wal-mart. If you plan to make any returns, you may want to avoid peak hours and weekends, as they usually seem to only have one person running the customer service desk. Earlier in the day on weekdays seems to be the best time to go, as its usually cleaner and less crowded.

This Supercenter is not the biggest Ive seen, but what it lacks in size it makes up for in customer service. Point in hand I asked the Manager if he could/would order some extra of a specific item each month and like clock work Ive been picking it up since. So Five Stars and Three Thumbs Up.

Its ok I guess, they have anything from clothes to electronics to gardening to mechanical to toys etc...... Their return policy is my biggest issue, it its an electric of any kind it has a 14 day or less return policy and other stuff Im not sure about though. I hope I have been helpful.

Do you like cheap products from China at a cheap price? Seriously need a review to help decide if youre going to shop here? If so, Walmart could be your new home. Set up a fort in the camping isle and live out the rest of your days in a Chinese lined paradise.

Everyone has been helpful and friendly. Ive never had any problems with Customer Service or finding help to find anything. The store bathrooms are clean and products are stocked. The clearance aisles are my favorite to look through...

Went to the store to do a display for TVs and the staff was very helpful. Particularly a female manager helped me and a couple worker to locate everything I needed and made my night pleasant. Great job night manager!

They dont have the selections like other Walmarts. Plus they are always out of stock on popular items. They have a smaller section of clothes. I travel to different Walmarts to get what I want.

Needs a though cleaning! Parking lot trashed up with litter and needs hosed down. Noted a lot of younger people parking towards back in the evening, not sure whats going on there.

I live next door to this store and shop all the time. Lines are a bit long. Could use a few more cashiers. The staff really hate their jobs and arent afraid to tell the customers.

Its Walmart, whats not to love. They have everything and there are plenty of strange people to see. I bought a shotgun here a few years back. Was a pleasant experience.
