The experience that I had was the worse I have ever had with any company . I bought a washer dryer set on the 90 day same as cash . I have owen the set for 2 months and the washer started leaking on the front door . When they took the washer ( one of 6 times ) they had the unit for 2 and a half weeks . They brought me a unit to use for the time that they had . Not knowing that I had to pay $60. For that . The second time it broke down for the same thing plus the $130 drawer stand drawer was broken . They did bring me a spare unit to use . All said and done the washer brok down 5 times . A total or 11 weeks at there service center. The last time they had the washer they refused to bring us a unit to use . Now the dryer broke down 4 times and all 4 times it was the same thing . We even took videos of what it was doing . In the process of them moving the washer and dryer in and out of our household they drug it across our vinyl and put 6 rips in it . Which did nothing to fix or repair them . We called the Corprate headquarters office . After filing complaints against the Lancaster store twice . The Lancaster store manager was the rudest person I have ever felt with . So if you want poor customer service , poor delivery service, poor craftsmanship , poor delivery times. This would be the place to go . If not , I would avoid the Lancaster store completely .

Avoid this place at all costs!!! Their entire business model is built around preying on poor people and charging twice as much for half the quality, but lucky you, you get a low monthly payment (sarcasm)! If they cant bend you over and rape you then they dont want your business. They refused to honor our coupon and told us they would require a contract, even though one of their sales pitches is "no contracts.". When dealing with the district manager from Columbus about the rudeness, lack of communication, and unprofessionalism he was just as useless. Youre better off sitting on a camping chair from Walmart than a couch from this hell hole.

Cody, the guy I dealt with and the store manager, literally had me so mad that I was shaking. I have never been treated so poorly. If they hadnt lost my paperwork with my freakin number on it, they could have reached me at any time. He got mad at me when I politely asked him to stop being rude to me and he took an even worse tone. What kind of "store manager" does that? Its like he was shocked I called him out on being a dick, then got mad that I had the balls to stand up to him. Worst customer service ever.

Went into store today and tried to get something and we have bought and payed off three bigger items but was late a couple times and they turned very rude and started with sly remarks and putting us down and keep talking about us as we were going out the door will lost a customer forever and i definitely would not recommend them for nothing ever.

I have items from Bug Sandys and they transfered my account to rent a center, I didnt agree to anything, theyve called me 4 times a day and even sent me a threatening letter. Dont go to either one of these places. They are rude,cruel, a pest
