Paid up front for living room set and delivery for that Friday received no info until I called in only to find out the truck my furniture was on was "destroyed". Was promised delivery by the following Friday. Here it is after 3pm and no word or delivery still. Ive already thrown out all of my old furniture to make room for the new & took the day off of work to be here for the delivery...(which this close to the holidays is not easy to do) Needless to say, I am currently very displeased by the situation as I sit on my living room floor trying to watch Xmas movies with my children.

They charge you an arm and a leg for their furniture but it breaks down really easy is not worth the price nor is it is it is sturdy Im sorry but Rent-A-Center will be number one if in comparison to the store it takes forever to get your furniture when you order it three weeks or maybe more Rent-A-Center is usually the next day or day u pick not this place if you dont believe rent from them they are
