I was so impressed by the Customer Service that I received this afternoon at Office Depot at The Shoppes at Park Place, Pinellas Park, FL. I called in advance that I had a problem with an application on my laptop and, I spoke with Bill. Bill was fantastic. Bill provided resolution and, I would highly recommend Bill to anyone whom needs help with their Laptop or PC Applications. Bill managed my timeline and expectations. Horrible customer service. When I went to the check out line there were three representatives standing around. And no one approaching me to ring me up. I bought 37.00 worth of stuff and felt like returning it immediately. I asked another rep in the aisles if I could see the manager and was told that he was with a customer in a rather snotty way. Do yourself a favor and go to another store.

I for one have bought a lot of coin wrappers, printer paper, and a boatload of other things from here. Over here at this Office Depot there is a wide selection of office supplies and equipment. We have even bought furniture here, which served us well. My experience has been excellent, and I highly recommend it.

Always seems dead, except when you want to check out. The youll be stuck in line at the Copy Center (which is usually busy with a printing order) because they dont have a regular cashier. Dont email anything personal to be printed, Ive spotted the employees reading my documents several times over.

Unfortunately on my two visits, the item i wanted was out of stock. Prices arent competitive with other stores, but the employees are genuinely helpful in offering alternatives or contacting other stores for inventory.

Needed emergency print job and my printer just decided it was too overworked to show up for work today (it is a millennia). Good thing Office Depot has mature, responsible equipment! LOL.

The people were nice, but it was very underwhelming. They had the usual pens, paper, etc. The organization tools selection, like drawer organizers, were small and felt kind of cheap.

The print staff is always really helpful, and willing to make sure you get whatever you need. Josh worked with me for 45 minutes on a large print job, and it was excellent.

Always busy, never seem to have enough staff in the copy center. We live right around the corner but prefer to drive across town to the 34th St store.
