Absolutely terrible service in the copy and print department. I literally work just around the corner and for the sake of convenience, I decided to employ their services. My company needed to mail out a small quantity of color thank you cards before our offices closed for the holidays. I called ahead to make sure I had the proper data types for submission and that their print shop could have the job completed by 4pm. At 10am I went by the store to drop off my images (digital) and the special card stock for the print job. I called at 3pm to make sure the order was nearly completed and was told that it would be ready at 4pm. Upon arriving at the scheduled time, I was informed that my order had yet to be started. I was frustrated as I knew my employers would be happy but I still had a day or two before my deadline, I asked the clerk to complete the order as soon as possible and to inform me of its completion. The next morning around 10am I called to inquire about the order and was told once again that it was incomplete. At 1pm I called again and was told the order was finally ready. When I arrived at the store, I found that my order was complete. Unfortunately, the copies were inferior to what could be printed on my laserjet printer in my office and the order 100 pieces short of what I had actually requested. I took what was available and placed a second order for the remaining 100 pieces. Two days later I had yet to hear anything from the representatives at the copy department and I stopped by in the morning to check the status of the remaining 100 pcs. I was informed that the order was not completed as they had nothing remaining of the special card stock I had initially dropped off. I was angry at this point, but I held my tongue. I had to purchase more card stock (a similar card, but inferior to what I had provided) in order for the print shop to complete the order. I was then told my order would be ready by 4pm. When I called at 3pm, I was greeted by an associate who seemed quite clueless. This person informed me that the order had not been started because the image format was wrong and that the sizing was incorrect. I informed the associate that this was certainly a mistake as the images provided were sized specifically for the measurements of the card stock and that I had received satisfactory copies from that very print department only two days prior. Of course by 5pm, I had not received any more completed copies and I was unable to mail anything. It was foolish of me to trust a retail store to take care of my printing needs. Save yourself the frustration. Go somewhere more professional.

The personnel are helpful, so this is not about them. The store needs to be renovated ... more than badly! Office Depot merged with Office Max and closed two of the nicer stores that were in much easier to access locations. This store is next to Big Lots, Dollar General, & similar and it only lives up to its neighbors standards rather than setting the standard. Whats going on Office Depot? Also, I live in South Asheville where they closed a store. I look forward to one of their competitors closing that gap again. Drive 6 - 12 miles for office supplies? No. Its easier to order online ... and not from Office Depot.

I am so impressed with the copy and print shop at this Office Depot. After using the services here I can honestly say that the customer service I have received from a Asheville copy and print center. The staff who helped me were kind and professional. The service was heartfelt it appeared that they enjoyed being so helpful. I do not post reviews very often, only when I experience superb customer service. The service at this copy shop is just that.

Ordered a three piece computer desk in July. Waited about two weeks for it to come and three days after the scheduled arrival date, I called Office Depot and was referred to their customer service center; who stated that the order had been cancelled and they would process the refund. Contacted the manager who offered $25.00 off the desks a piece for the inconvenience.

Was at the register today when I witnessed the manager very rudely address a costumers question about an advertised deal in which the terms were poorly advertised. He barked and made a pointed to stated he had worked in the store 17 years. We returned our items. Terrible experience
