This review is about the purchase of our office equipment--We had a small-ish build (under $20,000-ish). The designers are great but the follow up and the corrections to the design were awful. We were blamed for design mistakes and had to pay twice in some instances. I couldnt tell if it was a communications problem or if we were just considered small potatoes. We did two different jobs with them...the first design and then an addition a few years later. Had problems both times.
