I want to add more to Johns review below and share my nightmare experience with Assistant Manager Joe on Sunday June 4th around 5:30PM ! I was there to pick a couple of visa gift cards as they were running a special on them. Joe stormed out of his office (no greetings!) to tell me "dont tear off the back cover before I check you ID and verify your credit card by phone" . I said "ok" . He sent the cashier away to handle my transaction. He asked my Drivers License and carefully inspected it. He asked what I am doing in this part of town as my drivers licence were issued in Lancaster. I thought about replying "its none of your business" but nicely responded as "weekend shopping in Columbus" . He called my card issuer, pressed a couple of buttons and by THROWING MY CARD TO cashier desk he responded "its declined" . I replied "my card company must be spooked by the large purchase, may I call them and clear the security alert" . He said "no we only try a card once, its company policy." He did not even asked me to pay with an alternative method of payment. He had an attitude of my business is not welcome there and he want me out of the store. I told him that I am very disturbed by this experience and want to share my poor experience/bad policy with the company so I decided to buy a bag of candy so i can get a receipt with a survey. Guess what: HE refused to let me buy the candy and refused service because i told him I am going to complain to their customer service. He asked me to leave and threatened me to call the police. I have met with rude cashiers before but this is the next level!

We needed two copies made from the internet. A gentleman helped us do that. Then we had a question about copying a 95 year old booklet. Kyle was a tremendous help. He explained that he could copy it as it was two years out of copyright laws. He then explained the cost of doing it. We are going to wait before we do it. I mentioned to Kyle that our home printer was not working. We have an Epson ecotank. He spent a lot of time explaining to us about purging the lines. His information and help were invaluable.

I went into this store looking for Brother tape that is put into label makers, in order to print labels. I asked the worker where, in the store, these items were located. The employee had no clue what I was talking about, got on his headset and asked his manager if they "sold machines that make label makers", to which the manager replied, "oh, hes looking for a printer". No, Im not looking for a printer, but nice try, now how do I exit this Twilight Zone? In the words of Charles Barkley..... terrible!!!

Not a good experience. Order two custom stamps Wednesday night, supposed to be ready Thursday 7p. No call Thursday but get a text/email Friday morning saying theyre ready. Go to pick them up and the clerk tells me she couldnt find them so she assumed I picked them up. Meaning she competed the order without verifying that they were picked up thus wasting my time. Take the extra step to follow up with the previous days employees if you cant find a customers order. Customer Service 101.

Cant agree more to those comments on the Store manager, Joe. He was rude, unprofessional, and indifferent. Even one of the store associates were shocked the way he acted. He refused to honor a weekly ad item and claimed that was "his store policy". No wonder Office Depot is struggling with this kind of people running a store.

Followed around ask a couple of times if I need any help. I told them no. Maybe you should try to be helpful but I knew that was the case when another man come in but different race. He didnt say nothing to him let him be. The guy keep his eye on me . I think Ill go to Walmart

The staff at this store are the rudest of any that I have ever encountered in a retail establishment. The store manager, Joe, in particular, is rude and disrespectful to disabled persons. I will never go back.
