This place is going downhill. Its sad to see the decline of the major office supply stores. I truly wish there is a "revival" in these stores and they get back on their feet. As of now, store is nice and clean, but things are broken. People are down. Prices are okay.

Absolutely awful service. Asked the representative to print something for me at 5:35 pm. The store closes at 6. I was told there was not enough time. Someone just doesnt want to do their job. Will not be returning to this location.

The staff and service at the Morse Rd. location has always been phenomenal. They will do whatever it takes to make sure a customer is satisfied and coming back. I have been shopping there since 2006 and will not shop anywhere else.

I see why there is such a big trend to do on line shopping - it was a inconvenience for the salesman to help me. He did not even make eye contact with me. Worst part was I was there to get the bill fixed from the day before.

The copy center is the WORST. Today is about the 10th time theyve screwed up my orders, and Im DONE. And it doesnt matter who is behind the counter - they get it wrong EVERY TIME.
