This company advertises a rewards program. Return a printer cartridge, get $2. What the sign doesnt say is you need to get $10 in rewards to get a certificate... and your rewards expire at the end of a quarter. So, return 4 printer cartridge (should get $8) but it is the end of a quarter, you actually get $0. Great business plan. Poor ethics. Read their fine print online. #BaitAndSwitch.

This office max consistently manages to be out of stock on labels and printing peripherals. Over the course of 20+ visits, theyve always been out of one thing or another (not rare items btw) though they offer a free ship to store, but if I had the hindsight, I would have ordered from Amazon and saved money, not walk into a brick and mortar store looking for something.
